Delta Does It Again
I love this shower head! It took less than 5 minutes to set up and requires 0 tools or experience. I love and use the “pause” and “cleaning spray” settings a lot. I have pretty good water pressure to begin with, but I do believe the box claims that that the cleaning spray is 2x’s faster. It packs a punch that makes all the difference when cleaning and the hose is plenty long. All that being said, it may allow less room for shower caddies because of that long hose so keep that in mind.

There’s nothing particularly bad about this product and there’s also nothing particularly great about it either. It gets the job done and has basic settings that most hand showers would have. It’s extremely light but also feels extremely cheap. Overall it’s nothing special, but it does what it needs to do.

Makes cleaning easy
My previous shower head was not detachable so it made cleaning my shower/tub nearly impossible. Not only is this new shower head detachable, but it has a sprayer on the top of the shower head, allowing for cleaning ease. It allows for a strong spray to wash away any cleaning products used on the shower walls and tub floor. I highly recommend. I love my new shower head.

Love it!!
The water pressure in my apartment is already pretty great but switching to this shower head made it feel even stronger! I love all the different settings and the fact that I can use it in my hand because it’s useful when washing my dogs! It’s very sleek and pretty and seems to be good quality. I also love how long the cord is so I can clean my shower. I love it!

It was a super easy install! The shower pressure is ten times better than our prior shower head! It has multiple different streaming options which is perfect! We love how easy it is to use! Highly recommend!

Would consider buying again
Been using the item for 3 weeks now. Item was easy to install and had no issues on arrival/install. The cord was not flexible at first, but became more pliable with time. Would consider buying again

Best shower head out there!
We have been through SEVERAL shower heads and there always seems to be an issue (leaking, slow water pressure, etc) but this one has been the winner and is perfect! No leaking and so easy to take on and off to wash the actual shower, kids, pets etc. love the sleek look of it too and the water pressure is great!

Multifunctional
This shower head is multifunction and efficient. This 6 setting shower head had multiple great features. My favorite feature is the ProClean spray feature. This feature takes some getting used to, though. On the top of the shower head, you can press a button to enact a strong, flat spray feature out of the top of the shower head. You so have to hold the button down to keep this feature active; however, when you release the button, the water starts spraying from the underside of the shower head. I have soaked my floor trying to get used to this. I wish there were a feature to shut this off to avoid soaking my floor. I am getting used to this though. This string spray rinses the shower quickly and helps remove soap scum. Additionally, the other shower head spray patters are nice (minus one). The one I do not prefer is just a dribble, which I do not understand. Overall, I love this shower head. It comes with the "neck" to hold the shower head, the shower head and tubing to connect it. I would recommend this shower head as I do find it useful.

Very powerful
I like this shower head but it’s not made for small stand up showers I have had to turn it to the side to get it to hit me where it should and that has end up with the shower head sliding out of the holder and falling and once it go me on the foot and I’m walking around with a big bruise from it! But other than that it’s great!

The Delta 75740 Shower Sprayer is great! Its easy to install and I love the different settings you can use. It is very sturdy and looks great in any shower! I would definitely recommend anyone to add this to their bathroom!

We were in desperate need of a new shower head. This one is brilliant, especially with the jet blaster on the end. It makes cleaning our porcelain tub so much easier. We tend to stick to one setting for showers but all of them make you feel like youre at a spa.

Versatility with simple elegance.
I have been using hand showers since I lived in my own apartment in college; they are helpful for thorough cleaning of the tub/shower-stall, offer dynamic pressure/flow options for personal cleaning needs, and are vital if you own pets whom you bath inside. This hand shower head checks all those boxes, and is attractive to boot! The shower head is easy to install and even easier to find the setting that meets your needs in a given moment. I trust Delta and would buy their bathroom fixtures over and over again.

Delta is my go to brand for all of my home renovation needs. We are currently redoing our bathroom and we needed a shower head. This is perfect for my family because I have young ones and animals. The pull off shower head wand makes it easy to spray them down without making a mess and it thoroughly wets them. There are about six different pressure settings as well to make your shower perfect for you.

This Delta universal shower is a quality made product that was super simple to install. I have no plumbing or handyman skills and I was able to get it working (CORRECTLY!) in under an hour. Every setting works well but I personally prefer the third.

Nice Sprays
I've been using this for a few weeks now and it's made my showers more enjoyable. It was surprisingly really easy to install. I've never done it before and was able to do it myself. I love the fact that it detaches and has a long hose. There isn't a single spray setting that I don't like. They each have their purpose. Also switching through the different settings is quick and smooth.

This works great! I love having the long hose so I can easily clean the shower or bathe the dogs easier. I also like being able to change the settings since the kids like a "softer" shower. It is super easy to install and use.

This shower head is perfect! It makes taking my shower so much more enjoyable and the speed changes are wonderful. I had a shower head similar but we lost it within one of our moves so this was so much to find something similar. Would totally recommend!!

This shower is easy to install and easy to use. It has a great water flow system and the pressure feels great! It's easy to unhook and the hose is longer than I expected it to be. I loved using it to clean the shower. The extended hose really came in handy. Would recommend!

Incredibly Lightweight & Multifunctional
This it the most light weight detachable shower head/hand shower I've ever used! It's made of plastic, but I'm not worried that it'll crack or anything while using it or if I were to drop it. It's plastic but it's durable. The Proclean Spray is amazing. It's great for when I need to wash and rise out the shower. The spray is powerful and doesn't spray everywhere, I've been able to get dried shaving cream or shampoo off of the shower walls with no problem. The other 5 settings are wonderful, it's a great shower head to help relax back, neck and shoulder muscles after a hard day. Especially the full spray + massage setting! I've never owned a Delta anything before and I feel as if I've missed out!

The Button on the back side of my new handled 6 function shower head what does it do?
The button on the backside switches the spray to the power spray the shoots from the top of the shower head. Don’t press this button while the head is in the mounting bracket (unless you’re trying to wash your ceiling!). The trickle/pause is one of the spray selections on the bottom of the spray head.

Purchased 75740BL back in August via Amazon and it looks great, but the proclean button sticks in the on position no matter what we do to turn it off. All the other "rotary" functions on the head work fine. Is there a trick to it or can we exchange?
Can this be installed on a vertical bar as my shower hand held cuz I’ll have a shower head on an arm?

Can this model be attached to a shower faucet that is directly downward-facing (as opposed to angled out slightly, as shown in your promotional photos here)?

Does the 75740 model have the ability for the shower head to move slightly, left to right, up or down when positioned in the holder? Thank you for the info!
The handle fits tightly to mount. No real wiggle room up or down. You could turn it sideways if too high fitting upright, but that will offset shower head either left or right about 5"

Does this product contain an aerator that can be removed to increase water pressure? After one use the water pressure diminished.
