Corrosion after six months use!
DIY install Jan 2023. After six months use faucet started to rust and corrode on the deck plate, bottom of riser stem and sprayer neck started turning hard. After 1 yrs time another DIY replacement was needed. Pictures show all corroded parts after removing the 1 yr old product. Issues may have been from a faulty cartridge even though we never saw evidence of external leaking. Sink & faucet surface were kept dry. Our well water is softened. Menards allowed a product return without issues using just our receipt and provided credit. We replaced the faucet with a higher quality design and brand.

My wife loves her new faucet!!
Our old kitchen faucet started leaking so my wife and I went shopping for a new faucet and picked out this one. I liked the fact that it was easy to install (took longer to remove old one than install new one). After using it a few times, I am happy my wife picked this one. Like the way it switched from stream to spray with just the touch of a button because it eliminated the need for a separate sprayer. The soap dispenser was put where the sprayer unit was for the old faucet we removed.

My wife loves the new faucet!!

Worked great at first
I bought this faucet about three months ago and it worked great for the first two months. Now something is wrong with the position of the ball valve. Now I must push the handle straight forward and then straight back to get the water to turn off properly. Going directly forward first and to the left for cold or back and to the right for hot works fine, but pushing the handle forward at an angle to the left or right does not always turn the water on. If the faucet does not turn off in the straight back position I must first push the handle straight forward which seems to re-center something, and then back again to get it to turn off. I have removed the handle hand removed the ball and looked at the springs and seats and they all look fine?

Misleading advertising
The installation video shoes extra long connections but what's in the box comes with short connections which make the installation much harder and ads to the costs. The advertised price is lower that which it is sold at the Home Improvement Dealer and the instructions are terrible

Cheap Plastic and Swivel that Drifts
I bought this product at Menards and just installed it last week. It is not made of metal. It's made of plastic. Not good. That's enough for me to not buy again. Even bigger issue is that this faucet does not stay still. The weight of the retractable hose causes the spout to drift towards the center. There is no way to adjust this. I'm so mad about this I doubt I will buy another Delta product again.

This faucet would not include a special wrench or tool for removing the aerator. I recommend soaking the wand in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing. This will dissolve mineral deposits that may be making the aerator difficult to remove.

What is the spout length of the soap dispenser? I have an older sink, and want to make sure the soap will reach the inside of the sink.

Is this Foundations faucet's main body made from plastic with a chrome overlay? Or is it a metal underbody (i.e. brass) with a chrome overlay?? I don't want a cheap plastic constructed body with a chrome covering.

We are having issues with the soap dispenser only working a few times and then soap doesn't come out even though it is full of soap. This keeps happening. What can we do to keep this working all the time?
I sent an email to customer service on July 11, 2024 and haven't heard anything back. So disappointed. My soap dispenser still doesn't work. Not a happy customer.

The picture of Faucet # B4311LF-SD looks like it has a back stripe on the handle of the Chrome model. Is this model all chrome or does it have a black stripe?

We have this Delta kitchen faucet. The spray feature works terribly at this point - some holes spray sideways; some don't spray at all. Is this fixable? Or is there a component we need to replace? Is this covered under Lifetime Warranty?

Where can I get an aerator for this? Kitchen Foundations
No water coming out my faucet. It could be a frozen pipe or the faucet is clogged. How do I take the faucet head apart? I ponder if those pieces are clogged with debris as the rest of the house has water flowing.

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.

Unfortunately, the FOUNDATIONS® Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: B4311LF-SSSD is not able to be connected to a portable dishwasher. We do not recommend using a portable dishwasher with any of the pull-out/pull-down kitchen faucets as it may cause back pressure that could cause other issues.

We purchased the Delta Foundation B4311LF-SSSD faucet last January. The soap dispenser does not “pop” back up after dispensing soap - I have to remove the dispenser and manually pull the stem from the dispenser each time. Is this normal?
