Rated 1 out of 5 by from No one answers the help line I ordered this product on Saturday with expedited shipping. When Amazon says 1-2 days shipping they mean I will receive the package in 1-2 days. Today is business day #2, and 5 emails later not even a response. I called their customer service line, got a set of unhelpful options, tried to get an operator (normal business hours) and got hung up on. Not sure how to proceed. Not sure if this is an appropriate review of the product but does seem important enough to share.

I think it would save a lot of emails/returns if you could say in very clear terms, on the product page, which valve model number is associated with the kit.

Did not get into the wall/piping as we rent but the dial and shower head have proven reliable for us so far. It's all tight and together thus far, happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality & great settings This shower head and handle set is well designed and of excellent quality. It has great settings that range from a trickle to a higher pressure massage. The best part about this is that I can now have hot water on the lowest output while shaving and can also have a full massage rinse in cool. My shower head before had similar handle but the shower head itself had no control on the water pressure like this one does. Instead my old one you could only have cold water on low flow & hot water on high flow. So, I'm super impressed with my new shower experience!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple yet elegant This trim kit gives you the timeless classic that is Delta's signature, with the modern valve to add. The valve is fairly simple to change out even if you have limited plumbing experience if your existing faucet is delta. There is also a new construction rough in valve included with the kit. The classic shower head has 5 spray settings and swivels 360 degrees.

I like that the showerhead has 5 settings. It is easy to switch the settings. The showerhead also has a nice swivel so it can be moved around if needed.

When I came across the perfect shower head I decided to take the leap and buy the refurbished version. I was surprised when the box came looking brand new with a certified refurbished seal sticker so you know it’s been checked by their staff. All the parts were included and like new. I love the water pressure and spray options of this product and would recommend it!

Does the faucet cartridge require even water pressure on the hot and cold lines to work accurate. I have much more hot water pressure on my house and less cold water volume on purpose to accommodate a small tankless water heater. Having trouble on hot vol

Is there a diagram of how the inside is put together. In particular, I need to see how to adjust water temp as it never gets as hot as it should. The sink right next to it does get up to temp, so am guessing there's an adjustment inside the unit.

Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! \ I apologize for the temperature issue you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet 132900-A Monitor(R) 13 Series Shower Complete Rough And Trim but am happy to help you. In order to allow more hot water into the mix, you should adjust the rotational limit stop on the cartridge. Simply pull up on the round plastic piece on top of the cartridge assembly, turn it counterclockwise and let it drop back down. This will allow for more hot water into the mix. Why are we not receiving cold water? Only hot

Please refer to page 9 of the Installation Instructions for help.
