Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great I have always loved Delta products. This faucet set is exactly what I would expect from Delta. Very high quality looking and the chrome finish just shines. This has everything needed to update my shower. The directions included are easy to follow but there are also how-to videos on their website. The MultiChoice rough is great because you can easily change out the style of the fixtures without changing any plumbing. The shower head has 5 different spray settings. The spray settings go from a gentle spray to a massaging spray and in-between. This is the full package if you are looking to upgrade your showers look.

Installation was easy and only basic tools were needed to complete the job. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The quality is great. I love the easy cleaning feature of the shower head. The shower head has different water flow settings and is a water saver show head. Great feature for those who take long showers and therefore waste water.

By adding a new cover plate I picked up at my local plumbing supply to cover the old holes from the hot and cold valves the insulation was a piece of cake . The result a beautiful new updated single handle bath faucet on a beautiful trim plate ,where there was an old 3 handle tub valve. It looks great and my wife loves it !

I have a Delta Monitor shower/tub faucet that was installed around 2004.... not sure what series it is. Can i replace the fixtures with this? Does this come with cartridge? do you have drain and circle thing/vent? that goes on tub?

Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 134900-A-R. Yes, the trim includes a new cartridge, but the new cartridge is not compatible with the old valve. All other components can be compatible, but you will have to continue to use the old cartridge. Does this come with the rough in valve?

What is the difference between 134900-A-R and 134900-A-WS-R tub/shower models.

I am sorry that you are the information you are inquiring about for the Delta Faucet Monitor(R) 13 Series Tub And Shower Complete Rough And Trim (Recertified) In Chrome, model 134900-A-R, is not readily available; however, I am happy to help you. Model 134900-A-R does not have built-in stops has compared to model 134900-A-WS-R which comes included with built-in stops. Please contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Can this kit be used to replace an old Delta handle and tub spout?  I can't find a model number, it's a 1997 white Delta handle and screw on spout. I did call Delta and was told my cartridge is R19804 and to use something that's T13 or T 14 compatible.

Hi Maureen, Thank you for reaching out to Delta Faucet Company! There is a series printed on the escutcheon plate under the handle. If you are using our older 13/1400 series valve and trim you can use any of our current 14 or T14 tub/shower trims. Please note, the cartridge included with our new trims are not compatible with the older valves. The 134900-A-R will include a rough-in valve but the trim will fit the older 13/14 series valves. Tub spouts have different connections, the one included with 134900-A-R has a threaded or solder connection using RP12307 adapter. Will this trim kit work to update a glass knob delta monitor shower kit
