Rated 2 out of 5 by from No pressure control The shower head is nice with good functionality. The handle doesn't control water pressure - I've never in my life used one that didn't, so this was an unpleasant surprise. The water pressure is very low, with no option to control it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major problems with this showerhead 1) There was a significant leak in the seam between the outer ring and the base. 2) The rotation of the mixer handle was very narrow making it difficult to land on a comfortable temperature - had to make very small moves to change the temperature comfortable. 3) the width of the spray is only about 12"; very narrow spray (don't really. need a shower curtain or glass wall to prevent splash to the bathroom), and the stream is somewhat weak (not much more than the rain showerheads) making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. Kudos to Delta for sending me a replacement showerhead to resolve the leak and a new cartridge to make the temperature change more realistic - but I had to do the replacing. No resolution to the narrow spray, as it is the design.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great design style, poor water flow I love the design and the fact that the kit includes the valve. The only problem is water flow. I found a video on youtube that shows you how to remove the inner component that restricts water flow. While it didn't increase the flow/pressure like the other faucets in my home, remove did improve the trickle effect. The initial flow was so bad that I could not use the dual showerhead function because the water trickled out. Delta should upgrade this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No pressure only rotates 45 degrees Cant get any water pressure. Handle only rotates 45 degrees. Plumber not happy nor am I. Need to spend additional $ on replacement + installation. Brand new and cant get it to work. Very disappointing.

Is a slider bar available in the Arvo brushed nickel?

Just had Arvo series 14 shower installed and I can’t adjust where the shower sprays. Does this have the ability to move the head unit right or left?  If so, how do I do that?  Your manual is silent on this.  Never had a shower head that would not move.

Delta DELTA 142840-SP-I Arvo shower. The water comes out the stationary part but not out of the handheld part. I have been unable to find out how this adjustment is supposed to work. Can you please assist me?

When you turn it, the water flow will come from either the hand shower, showerhead, or both at the same time. Please reach out with further questions! Can't find the ARVO Model#: 142840-CZ-I at any online retailers. Can I get this product anywhere? Most online retailers are selling the cheaper version without the pause feature. I'm looking for the champagne bronze shower set no tub, with valve.

I have a 142840-CZ-I during troubleshooting on water flow on a call with a technician, I removed the shower head. When I put it back on I scratched the part that swivels the head and connects it to the pipe coming out of the wall. Can I get a new one?
