Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great design style, poor water flow I love the design and the fact that the kit includes the valve. The only problem is water flow. I found a video on youtube that shows you how to remove the inner component that restricts water flow. While it didn't increase the flow/pressure like the other faucets in my home, remove did improve the trickle effect. The initial flow was so bad that I could not use the dual showerhead function because the water trickled out. Delta should upgrade this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive and works well The shower system works well and was a good solution to add a hose without having to modify the plumbing. The only downside is the hose could be longer especially for bathing kids/dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value I'm very happy with my new shower fixtures. They function perfectly and are very attractive. I wasn't sure I'd like the single flow rate with only temperature control, but for how I use this shower it's fine. Water flow/pressure is very good, in fact maybe too "hard" in the concentrated setting, so no problems at all with a 1.75GPM flow rate. I find the hose for the handheld a little short for dog washing, but that's an easy fix. Excellent pricing.

Just terrible spray nozzle that barely puts out any water. I’m a contractor. Sooo i kinda know what I’m talking about. Kind of.

Just had Arvo series 14 shower installed and I can’t adjust where the shower sprays. Does this have the ability to move the head unit right or left?  If so, how do I do that?  Your manual is silent on this.  Never had a shower head that would not move.

Hello, Thank you for your question! The showerhead can be rotated up/down and left or right as a ball connector in the back allows for this. Does this shower head (MODEL#: 144840-I) swivel so that the spray can be aimed directly vertical under the head?

I do apologize that this information wasn't readily available but I am happy to help. I have this shower head but I'd like to switch to something that supplies more water pressure. Is there a Delta option that would work?

We have noticed lately that the water temperature from this changes drastically with very little movement of the valve handle. It was just installed last summer. Can you make a recommendation about adjustments or a replacement cartridge which might help?

How much does this item weigh 142840-SP-I? I am looking to pair with the Delta Clarifi Premium Shower Filter Attachment, but the instructions indicate not to exceed 5 pounds or 9 inches from mount point, so need to know if this is compatible.
