Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great design style, poor water flow I love the design and the fact that the kit includes the valve. The only problem is water flow. I found a video on youtube that shows you how to remove the inner component that restricts water flow. While it didn't increase the flow/pressure like the other faucets in my home, remove did improve the trickle effect. The initial flow was so bad that I could not use the dual showerhead function because the water trickled out. Delta should upgrade this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive and works well The shower system works well and was a good solution to add a hose without having to modify the plumbing. The only downside is the hose could be longer especially for bathing kids/dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value I'm very happy with my new shower fixtures. They function perfectly and are very attractive. I wasn't sure I'd like the single flow rate with only temperature control, but for how I use this shower it's fine. Water flow/pressure is very good, in fact maybe too "hard" in the concentrated setting, so no problems at all with a 1.75GPM flow rate. I find the hose for the handheld a little short for dog washing, but that's an easy fix. Excellent pricing.

Just terrible spray nozzle that barely puts out any water. I’m a contractor. Sooo i kinda know what I’m talking about. Kind of.

Does this shower head (MODEL#: 144840-I) swivel so that the spray can be aimed directly vertical under the head?

I do apologize that this information wasn't readily available but I am happy to help. While the Delta 144840-I Shower Head does rotate 120 degrees, it does not allow enough rotation to be aimed vertically. Please reach out to us directly if you need further assistance. I have this shower head but I'd like to switch to something that supplies more water pressure. Is there a Delta option that would work?

Is this shower head plastic

How do I get the handles off to make it hotter?

I purchased the Arvo 14 Series 142480 (shower Only). I am remodeling my bathroom shower. I did not find a test plug or a Plaster Guard Cover in the original packing from AMAZON. Were these item(s) to be included? Protecting from tile mortar.

Hi Goode, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 142840-I. The plasterguard cover is no longer part of the assembly as it is not crucial to packaging or installation. Because a cartridge is included, the test plug is not needed.
