Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks dont know what to say. We had out bathroom remodeled, one of these installed, and it leaks and of course the contractor has yet to arrive. How do you get replacement parts? Reckon Ill have to fix it myself.

Does the rough in that comes with the assembly have to be used if the existing shower stall has one? Because the builder used Delta products when we built the house 10 years ago and is similar except that it's in brushed silver.

Re: 142984C-OB-I20-R. Two questions: 1.) Does this include the shower arm? 2. Does this fit a valve now housing a 1400 series Delta shower handle?

Hi David K, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 142984C-OB-I20-R. The shower arm and flange are included. This trim fits a MultiChoice valve rough, included, that we introduced in 2006. For a 1400 series shower installed before 2006, the included cartridge will not fit the old valve, but this trim and handle can fit the old valve and old cartridge.
