Rated 3 out of 5 by from Model 35840LF I had 3 of these installed by a professional plumber within the past year. Two of them have the rubber gasket at the drain turn into a ruffle. They are used more than the 3rd faucet so I fear it will do the same over time. I have the paperwork and cannot figure out what the part number is to request a replacement.

I recently had 2 Arvo widespread faucets installed. The handles on one of them spin all the way around. The installer said it was fixed but they still spin and now the cover on one side is loose. Will replacing the cartridges fix the problem?

I’m needing a new plastic washer/ collar for between valve and basin, original broken. 35840LF-CF (Arvo widespread BF 2L) I have a picture, don’t see how to include?

The description on this faucet states it requires minimum 2-1/2 in. Clearance to backsplash.  The faucets I want to replace were installed with <.5” clearance. Why is the 2-1/2” needed and can this faucet be installed on a sink with so little clearance?

I have purchased the Arvo Champagne Bronze sink faucets but can not find the trim for the matching roman tub fittings, can you help me find this or something similar

What cleaner can be used on the champagne bronze faucet and handles. I have dark marks ( finger prints?) that do not come off with a soft cloth

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet In Champagne Bronze MODEL#: 35840LF-CZ. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
