poor production of threaded bolt or of the female end .
the allen screw needed to hold the toilet roll holder does not screw in far enough and appears to be too small of diameter and does not hold secure in place at all. it falls out after tightening.

We are remodeling a bathroom. While searching for a Cassidy tissue holder, I came across this particular holder and ordered it. Our remodeling contractor is impressed. He took a photograph and the information about the item. We are installing grab bars in the bathroom and this has become part of the package.

Can this be attached to drywall using the Wingets system?

We recommend following the installation instructions found in the Maintenance and Installation manual for this model as we can not guarantee that our products will work installed with another manufacturers products or techniques. Any deviation from these instructions could damage the product as well as void the warranty.

Issue installingTraditional Toilet Paper holder with Assist Bar.The instructions say to attach one side with the included wall anchor and attach other side to a stud?? There is no stud. How do I secure the other side, it only comes with one wall anchor?

Our Delta 41350, recommended mounting method is to mount at least one end of the bar into a wood wall stud or wood blocking. This will help keep the product sturdy on the wall, we do not recommend any other way of install.

What is beat way to mount if I metal studs instead of wood studs. I prefer not to have to cut wall open to put in wood blocking

41350- purchased this during our renovation. 130,000, included multiple shower faucets. Sinks tub etc from Ferguson’s This grab bar fell apart in the first month . My husband is a disabled war veteran and needs this to be there . Help? Replace?

Will normal plasterboard support the 41350 tissue holder with assist bar using one lag screw and one wall anchor?

The recommended mounting method for assist bars is to mount at least one end of the bar into a wood wall stud or wood blocking To avoid personal injury or property damage, Do not install supplied wall anchors into wallboard less than ½" or greater than 2 ½" thick. Do not install supplied wall anchors into wallboard that has been subjected to water damage or decay. Do not install supplied wall anchors into a wood stud. Please refer to the Maintenance and Installation sheet linked below.
