poor production of threaded bolt or of the female end .
the allen screw needed to hold the toilet roll holder does not screw in far enough and appears to be too small of diameter and does not hold secure in place at all. it falls out after tightening.

Grab Bar/TP Holder
We are remodeling a bathroom. While searching for a Cassidy tissue holder, I came across this particular holder and ordered it. Our remodeling contractor is impressed. He took a photograph and the information about the item. We are installing grab bars in the bathroom and this has become part of the package.

Will the new Mega Rolls of toilet tissue fit on this holder?
The new mega rolls of toilet paper will not fit on my current toilet paper holder and it has become increasingly difficult to find the smaller size rolls. Will the mega rolls fit on this holder? if not, will they fit on the regular Linden toilet paper holder?

What height (from the floor) should this be installed?
Thank you for your question, Tenngirl! We do not make a specific recommendation for the placement of this holder as this is a personal preference. This can be installed directly to a stud or if one is not present, wall anchors are included.

What size are the set screws (allen wrench) for the Traditional Tissue Holder with Assist Bar Model#: 41350?

Can this be attached to drywall using the Wingets system?

We recommend following the installation instructions found in the Maintenance and Installation manual for this model as we can not guarantee that our products will work installed with another manufacturers products or techniques. Any deviation from these instructions could damage the product as well as void the warranty.

I like the style of this toilet traditional tissue holder with the grab bar, but all my other fixtures are Delta brushed nickel. Does the stainless steel look anything like brushed nickel? Do you have any other TP holder with grab bar in brushed nickel?.
