Su nueva barra de sujeción combina con muchos accesorios de la marca Delta y con juegos de baño de la competencia, a la vez que ofrece una característica atractiva de seguridad en el baño. El anclaje de pared incluido con esta barra de sujeción proporciona un montaje seguro y, cuando se instala correctamente, soporta hasta 500 libras de fuerza. Es el doble que lo requerido según la ADA. Se prefiere el montaje en bloques de madera detrás de todas las superficies de las paredes para más seguridad.

Finally, a beautiful grab bar.
Designing a bathroom for my video/photo production and wanted all gold hardware. It took me forever, but I finally found the Delta brushed gold grab bar I was looking for. This thing is heavy duty and absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend it!

Hello, do you have any spec sheets that state the load that the grab bars will support? I need this document to provide to our ADA reviewer.
Thank you for your question, Beti! That information is not provided on the specification sheet. However, that information is provided under the Product Features tab on the model's web page. Model 41842-BL can support up to 500 lbs.

This Grab says it's ADA approved, in the California Building Code 11B-609.5, it says the grab bar shall be free of sharp or abrasive elements and shall have rounded edges. Is this truly ADA approved? Are the edges truly rounded enough for it to be ADA?

I have a 16” Delta “Tempra” polished chrome grab bar and wish to match a 42” gab bar to that one. On the 16” packing box is the code DND 5916-PC. Can you send me the product codes/info for both the 42” model and the 36” to matche the 16” one I have?

Is the 42" Contemporary stainless grab bar discontinued? Cannot find it on line or in stores. Seems like 36" is the biggest they stock.

I purchased the 41842-BL 42” grab bar and part way through installation the instructions tell me to use a mounting adapter that attaches to the wall anchor. Only problem is I didn’t have an adapter in my box. I need to find a way to order the adapter!
The problem is there was not a RP72402 wall anchor in the original box. (FYI i did not mean to "Report" your reply i just hit the wrong link)
