The Shower head sits so straight in the holder that it just sprays us in the face. It seems like there should have been an additional attachment allowing the head movement without falling out of the hole. Any suggestions would be helpful.

This looks great in my shower and I like the dark black color. The 6 settings fit my different needs and usage. I realy like that this can slide on the bar to go higher or lower and I can remove the shower head from the bar to get other angles as well. Overall a great design and option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it We love our new Delta 7 settings slide bar shower bar 51584-BL. It was very easy to install. I would highly recommend it to anybody who has a family that there are people of multiple Heights. You can adjust the shower position to your exact height. That makes it really nice for people in the family who may be 6'4 and above you can set your bar to exact position at the highest height. The handheld shower part is detachable making it even more convenient. Delta is a great brand that I have used before and they last for a very long time.

Can the slider hose be attached to my current shower head (once I remove it). It is a Delta product. I am hoping to replace my current shower head with this item so I can adjust the height of my shower head.

Can the rail on 51584 be shortened?

What shower head, diverter and tub faucet would match this?

The 51584 series shower head does not have very much water pressure. Is there an adjustment that allows me to add more pressure?

Hi Carol44, Thank you for your question! Unfortunately there is no way to increase the flow rate for this model. This hand shower only provides a flow rate of 1.75gpm. As a WaterSense labeled product it uses at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance. Please reach out with further questions! What other products can this be used with? Example, shower head, diverter.

Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! You can use our 51584-PR with most of our current tub/shower products. You can install a shower head, body jets and the 51584-PR with an in-wall diverter, or you can use two shower heads, or two hand showers, it all depends on what you want and what your area of residence approves of. What thermostatic valve would you recommend using with 51584-PR? WE are not going to have a tub faucet or additional shower head so won't need a diverter.
