Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great idea, poor execution We wanted Delta products throughout our new home and have been mostly very satisfied but this shower head is poorly designed. It is in our guest bathroom so it does not get a lot of use which is probably good since it becomes dislodged easily and has already broken one tile in the custom bath enclosure. I’ve used it a few times to try and figure out if there is a user problem but that is not the issue. The magnet retention system is finicky and not strong enough to hold the shower head when the hose is bumped when turning around in the shower. Needless to say I’m disappointed and expected more from Delta.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Previous model's docking system was more secure I have had the previous model 54710 in my guest shower for 2 years. It docked using a "hook" that had to be lifted in order to be removed from the dock. It never fell off the dock unintentionally. The 54810's "magnetic" docking system has fallen off the dock several times already when I've accidentally bumped the hose during showering - sometimes on my head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional quality and accessibility. The Delta ~ SureDock ~ Magnetic Hand Shower ~ has delivered exceptional quality and pleasant shower-time experiences. With 7 spray settings, everyone is able to find their exact preference. This shower head also provides a push-button pause control, with an almost 6'ft stretchable metal hose. The MagnaTite Docking technology provides a secure lock, with an easy access handle. This shower head was also very simple to install, I was able to exchange shower-heads in a matter of 10 minutes or less. I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I purchased 2 model 54810-PK for remodels in 2022. After minimal use I noticed water leaking from the head. I noticed the washer over the pivoting ball head, has cracked. Can this washer be purchased and replaced? Hasn’t even been 2 years

What material is the dock made of - where it attaches to the plumbing coming from the wall?  (Delta 54810-PK)

Can you buy an additional magnet mount, so you can place the shower head in another place in the shower.
