Great product - performs well
Loved it from the start! Have had it for over three years now, and was so pleased with it I sent one to my daughter!
Only problem I have with it is the silicon nozzles of the shower head and the handheld wand are disintegrating and only give out slow spray!

Great for 3 yrs, then cracked.
Bought for a brand new bathroom we had put in. Shower head was great until recently, the mounting bracket broke along with the matching temperature control lever about to fall off. Too bad this wasn't made of sturdier materials, because the plastic now seems like a cheap material.

Design great, functionality poor
Shower head is great when all three faucets are on! Sadly when you turn off the shower the head drips. We have had this shower head for less than a year and when we went to move it to another bathroom. When we unscrewed the head the interior washer had disintegrated. I could not recommend this head to others because of the 2 issues we have had with it.

Cracks
Over all have had this for 4 years. The issue is that the plastic nut that connects the top of the hose to the shower handle has cracked and water is leaking/spraying out. Looks like the entire hose would need replacing to remedy the problem. Can't even find the hose itself when searching part replacement at this web site.

Broke after a couple years
Was a wonderful showerhead until the selector broke off so you can only use 1 setting on the head. We thought about replacing the other 2 bath fixtures in our house with this style, but I wouldn't recommend this setup due to the plastic manufacturing process.

Great Shower Head, Customer Service was Great
We've had this shower head for 6 years with no problem, eventually the rotator got stuck and then a piece broke. I called, there was little wait time and they sent me out a new shower head free of charge. I love that you can use the hand shower while still being showered from overhead. It also has a great pulsating/massage feature.

Poor quality hose impacts performance
Really like the design of this hand held shower. However, the hose leaked bad since the day of installation. I suspect the spray pressure would be stronger if the hose didn't leak. It was installed by plumbing contractor so I assumed they knew what they were doing. They told me the Home Depot had inferior Delta products and not to purchase from them. As it turns out they were lying. Now I cant find a replacement hose.

Dissappointed in this product the diverter on the handheld portion broke after 2 years spent a lot of money on this item and I don't want to spend a lot to replace it. I have been replacing all of my faucets in my home with Delta because I do not like the brand that was used when my house was first built.

I bought it because I had to leave an identical one in the condo that I sold. I could not be without mine. I love the way it has a setting that sprays a stream that can clean the sides of the shower walls and doors. I should get another one in case I ever move again. I am a 71 yr. old single female.

Great shower head, but...
Overall I love this shower head. We bought this particular one because of the hand held portion so it's easier to wash our little kids. Unfortunately after less than a year of using it the handheld portion came apart and doesn't snap back together so now it's useless. It also affects the overall water flow because now the shower head is not as effective with that part not functioning.

Very Versatile
I really like this multi-function head - only problem is the knob on the hand sprayer is made of plastic and got sticky (lime deposits?). I broke the knob trying to work the action.

Over priced
Just got this shower head today. Not good. Very poor design where the water comes out in middle to small. Not pulsating at all. The old shower head I have had for years works 100 percent better.

Great Service and Product
Purchased the shower/bathtub combo for a bathroom remodel a little over two years ago; installation was easy. Unit looks great and yields a generous flow of water. The rubber spray tips help make the unit very simple to keep clean.
A couple of months ago the diverter on the hand held unit cracked and became stuck in one position. I contacted Delta support and they sent me a replacement immediately (received it within 2 business days of the request), no questions asked. The replacement shower head I received seems to be sturdier and better made than the one I originally purchased which makes me wonder if there may have been some quality control issues with this model a couple of years ago. At any rate the company stood behind their product and made my warranty request hassle-free. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Loved it at first but it didn't last but 2 years
I bought the tub and shower combo 2 years ago and loved it so much that I purchased another as were were remodeling another bathroom. Now the hose won't stay screwed onto the handle and keeps popping off. The part at the end of the hose that gets screwed onto the handle is made of plastic! No wonder it cracks easily. Cheaply made for the price I paid.

Delta intuition 2 in 1
Purchased a delta intuition shower head 2 in 1 and after a little over 2 years knob that changes the water flow cracked and does not let me change settings only working in 1 setting now really frustrating knob made of cheap plastic and got very very rough to adjust

I LOVE it but it broke after just a few years of use
I loved this shower head very much and never had any issues with it until recently. I even have purchased one for my parents to use at their home as they are getting older and the option to remove the shower head alleviates from unneccesary movement otherwise to bath properly. I hope theirs stays intact. The front nozzle control(controls the center portion of the spayer) broke and will not change settings any longer. It is actually "stuck" inbetween setting which is QUITE ANNOYING. I frequently use(d) the multiple features this shower head offer(ed) and am VERY dissapointed that a unit so expensive failed after such a short time.

Drips water when off
I have two problems with the shower head/faucet and two with this site.
My product number is 58467
Faucet was installed by a plumber (?). Several months after installation it starting dripping when off. Also the temperature leaver has gradually slid toward the cold (blue) and beyond and no longer covers the red.
I could not find a manual so I could attempt the repair myself and the troubleshooter gets you to step 4 "issue" and from there the link does not work.
For over 40 years I've had a round, hand-held attachment to my shower head and that design works much better for me than the triangular one in this one does.

My $20 Waterpik has better water pressure
I was so excited to about this shower head when I installed it in my new home about 2-3 years ago. Water pressure is really important for me and I was happy with the water pressure at first. Now, the water just trickles... I'm so disappointed because for the amount I spent I think shower head, I would expect it to at least outlast my much more affordable Waterpik that's lasted for 6 years and counting (water pressure is still excellent). I will never recommend Delta shower head to anyone. On top of that, the quality feels very cheap. More money down the drain and shopping for a new shower head.

Diverter cracked
The diverter on the hand held cracked and flow is now stuck halfway between handheld and main head. Diverter control is plastic and should have been made of metal for the price of this shower head.

This is the best showerhead, I have ever had.
I have had this shower head for about 3-4 years. I really enjoy all its features. Unfortunately, 4 months ago, the shower head was re-adjusted and it broke off! The shower head broke off on the section that connects from the waterline and where the ball connects to the showerhead. I tried to glue it back together with many types og glue. None of them worked. Delta typically has quality products that is why I purchased it. If any one has any suggestions on repair, I would be very appreciative.

Product #58467-Inadequate Temperature Control
Never experienced this kind of malfunction before: Handle only turns from 3 o'clock back up to 12 o'clock, going from cold to "TEMPED"! DOES NOT TURN ANY FURTHER FOR H-O-T WATER & The Pressure is Very Poor!!! My plumber says this is how it works. I find that very hard to believe. Is he just a low grade plumber or did I purchase an faulty or Manufacturers defect in design?

Diverter cracked after a couple years
I love the design of this showerhead, it looks great. Unfortunately our diverter on the handheld portion cracked after just a couple years. It is now stuck between regular flow and massage, which is quite annoying. It looks like that piece is plastic, when they should have made it out of metal when it gets that much use. I would like to replace just the handheld portion, but I don't know where to begin.

Best showerhead ever
I first bought this showerhead a few years ago. LOVED it. The water pressure is firm, even in the "rain" mode. I love that the handle sits below the main wall mount (I'm short, so many handshowers are too tall for me). When I moved out of that house and into a new house, I bought another one of these. It was fantastic, too. Never had any issues with water pressure or with the switch on either shower head.
When I went to Lowe's to purchase another one of these, they weren't selling it, so I bought another Delta showerhead. I didn't like that one at all, so I'm taking it back, and ordering one of these, since it's served me so well the past two times I've bought it. :) Only downside is that it costs 2/3 more than the last time I bought it.

falling apart
i have had this showerhead for about 2 yrs now and it has dripped constantly we just put the hose on the floor so we dont hear it but just recently the selector switch on the head itself just broke because the selector swith on the inside was getting tough. were can i get replacments, but also stop the dripping.

Poor Quality :( nice design
We chose this design few years ago and it looks great with everything else we have in our new bathroom. The only problem we find the water is only dripping out the shower and the plumber can't fix it. There is hardly any water coming out after couple of years.
The hot/Cold Switch is very tight that make it hard to function properly.

Bad diverter

First the hose connecter part cracked and was leaking- replaced that and now the adjustor on the removable shower head broke. I have to try and find a replacement for that one part, as I am not buying a whole new kit.

Great Look & Features but didn't last!
I was very disappointed that this shower lasted only 2 years. The pressure was great in the beginning but dramatically decreased over the next few months. Now, the hose popped off and won't stay connected. Unfortunately, I can't find anything else that matches the rest of the fixtures in the bathroom. & I'm not about to shell out another couple of hundred dollars for a shower that will last for only 2 years.

Poor design of the diverter
I have had this shower head for about two years and have enjoyed it EXCEPT for the diverter lever (the one that changes the spray to the jet/pulse function). It has ALWAYS been very hard to switch and it now no longer works at all. It is now stuck on the pulse function which is irritating. I looked up the product and see that the price is almost three times what I paid for it. Is there a way to get the wand handle ONLY. I don't need a base or the supply hose. Thanks

Hand held unit drips water
The hand held unit started dripping water after only occasional use over the past two years. This unit is not well made internally. Externally this unit has been satisfactory. Am hoping to be able to order the seals to replace the internal pieces that are causing the water dripping. This unit for the most part has been used approximately two times a week for the last two years. Would not give this unit a passing rating.

Water only comes out the middle
We've installed a new 58467 shower with the removable handle. Water comes out the handle part but not the main part. There is nothing in the instructions so we need to know how to make water come out the main part of the shower head.

I have this Delta shower head, Delta Classic In2ition® 4-Setting 2-in-1 Shower System - 58467. The plastic lever that switches the water mode has broken because there was too much force required to turn it. Can I order a replacement?

Do we have option to install a long shower arm to extend shower head over our head?
Thank you for your question, Gian! An adjustable shower arm is not tested to support the weight of an In2ition model unfortunately. We do offer longer shower arms if you simply need to extend the shower head away from the wall.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58467-SS will be replacing your existing shower head. It should be a standard size showerarm but I am not sure with Moen products.
