Love this shower head!
I got this simply because I loved the look but I have been so pleasantly surprised with how easy it was for us to install and how much we enjoy it. Our favorite feature is that the handle detaches so washing hair, kids, pets is way easier and less messy. The water pressure is great as well!

Standing in rain has better pressure
The Delta 2-in-1 4-Spray Hand Shower and Shower Head Combo Kit in Chrome looks nice, but the performance is underwhelming. I have been caught in rain showers that have stronger pressure than this unit. I had to wash my hair 3 times before I could get a good lather going and feel my hair getting clean. It also took a lot longer to get rinsed off because of how gently this sprinkles down. This advertises a pause feature but I could not get it to pause. When I did more research online about it Delta stated that the pause feature does not fully stop the water flow but slows it to a trickle so I find calling it a pause feature to be a bit misleading. While this does help conserve water it doesn’t come to a full stop, so “water conservation feature” would be a better label. This was easy to install, only needing the addition of plumber’s tape, which is not included, and just as easy to uninstall. I hated this so much that I went back to my old shower head with good pressure. I do like having a handheld unit to help clean the tub so I am still in the market for a similar shower head, but this one is not it.

I love how this shower head is so functinal for the entire family.I have a daughter that I use the hand held part on and it makes it so easy for her to use .The dual sytem is so great because i can use one head or both. The water flow is so relaxing. The sleek design is so trendy and unique.

Love it!
I got this product free to test out. This has blown my mind. It is the perfect size for a single user. The handle is comfortable, and works great for bathing children and handicapped. The water stays at desired temperature longer. The massage setting is great for a bad back, relaxes sore muscles. Love it. It was also easy to install.

I love this shower head! I am going to go get another one for my other bathroom very soon. My favorite part about this shower head is that when you remove the hand held portion there is still plenty of water spraying on you from above. The design of the hand held portion is also very nice. Instead of a circle, like all of my past shower heads, it is elongated. To me, this allows more of my body to be sprayed at once. This shower head also looks very sleek and modern which is also a plus in my book.

This shower head combo is FANTASTIC!! Its a dual shower head with the detachable handle. It has four different spray settings and let me tell you, you will go through each one. Is also has a pause feature to help conserve water.Great feature for kids or washing dogs

Great Showerhead
I bought one of these a couple years ago. The finish instantly captured me so I had to buy it. After returning home, I installed it and it was very easy to install, took less than 10 minutes. Later on that day I decided to try it out and take a shower. It worked very well. Feels really good on my back and scalp. I definitely recommend.

Great warranty service
I, like many others have had issues with the knob on the hand held insert breaking or being no longer movable, but I have always had great warranty service from Delta. I call, give them my name and phone number, and they look up my account. tell them the part is broken, and they send out a whole new shower head. We like the design of the product and greatly appreciate a company that stands behind its product.

difficult to use hand held feature
I have been struggling with this showerhead since we moved into this unit. It is very difficult to remove the handheld part of the showerhead and to regulate the flow to the center head. It may be not be an issue if you are 6 feet tall, but the dials to regulate the flow are hard to reach.

Cheap plastic used for critical showerhead part
A few years ago I remodeled my vacation home and purchased Delta fixtures for my baths and kitchen based on my plumber's recommendation. Although it was on the expensive side, I selected this combination showerhead/hand shower for the guest bath for its functionality and appearance. I use the master shower almost exclusively and have never had overnight guests, so the guest shower has been rarely used. As you can see from one of the attached photos, my Delta showerhead looks practically new.
I recently used the handheld portion of the shower in the guest bath to clean the tub and noticed that water was spraying from the back of the showerhead instead of from the expected front. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there was a hairline crack on the plastic component that basically supports the weight of the showerhead and also allows the showerhead to be adjusted. I then decided to unscrew the showerhead to see if the crack could be repaired using epoxy for plastic. When I tried to unscrew the showerhead with just my hand, the entire thing broke apart. After uninstalling the showerhead, I still tried gluing the broken plastic tube together but my repair attempt failed.
I am shocked that Delta uses plastic for such a critical component of a product. The piece that supports the showerhead and allows it to be adjusted should clearly be made of sturdier material. I noticed that a couple of other reviews mention this exact problem. Just an fyi, I am a woman in her sixties who weighs roughly 100 pounds, so it was not by brute force that the shower head broke.

There's much to like about this design, but the one I purchased has a serious problem. The seam between the two parts of the wand handle is leaking water. I'm pretty sure that's not meant to happen, and it reduces pressure to the wand spray head.

Love this!!!
We installed this in our guest bathroom and recieve raving reviews from all of our guests. We love it more than the master bath shower and "visit" the guest bath from time to time in order to have the experience. We installed it 7 years ago and have had no issues.

Excellent Shower Head Combo

58467 knob will not turn
the knob on the hand held portion of unit is very very hard to turn. Afraid to turn too hard as it appears to be plastic and don't want to break it. You cannot adjust handheld to stream vs shower. Not great quality. would like to get the center part without replacing whole thing.

High Quality in Stainless Steel
Great overall shower head experience with only 2 tiny caveats.
The Good:
The finish is very nice without being elegant or fancy. It has a slightly masculine appearance.
The hose is metal yet very supple! It drapes nicely and has no stiffness. This is a huge plus if you came from a plastic hose situation.
Assembly was minimal and installation was a piece of cake. Packaging was minimal yet sufficient including soft fabric pouches for the various components.
Control of settings is very easy with a thumb switch. No problem switching between settings with one hand.
The hand-held portion of the head has great spray coverage all on it's own.
The Caveats:
The flow restrictor is a little difficult to remove. I suppose this is on purpose. The flow restrictor makes this rather large spray pattern seem a little wimpy, so I found it necessary to remove it. That being done, the resulting spray is quite luxurious!
The hand-held portion of the head is a little difficult to remove from the base. It mostly requires two hands to remove and re-insert into the base.
I would give 4 1/2 stars if that was an option.

Plastic Pivot Points
We recently moved into our new house where these had been installed in every bath/shower. Our master one has worked great! We love the design and overall performance. However, the other week we had our guest bathroom shower head break off where it meets the metal outspout. The screw-on piece and pivot point are made of hard plastic and when our guest adjusted the head, the whole thing broke off!
The master is used almost daily where my husband and I adjust it for our height differences, but it was disappointing to see a barely used showerhead break! We're in the process of searching for a new one, and can't fathom spending a good chunk of change on the same matching design if it will break.

I Love Them
I have bought 3 of these shower heads. They are GREAT! I particularly like the easy clean nozzles and how easy it is to re-hang the hand wand. Mine are all Alsons, but Delta has maintained the same product.

Sturdy Showerhead
Our old Delta's pause button was its weak point but this one's pause button is just another setting in the dial which solves the previous one's issue entirely. It's a little darker tone than I expected, like gunmetal, if you care about it matching The stainless steel feels solid compared to chrome and it has a good mechanism to keep the showerhead attached. Very pleased with this purchase.

Showerhead performed well, but broke after trying to adjust it.
Our contractor installed this Delta model in the bathroom of our vacation home during a remodel in late 2015. The shower was only used a handfull of times since this was a guest bathroom. Recently my adult son tried to adjust the direction of the water spray and the head snapped at the ball pivot attachment. The performance of the showerhead is good, however the durability is disappointing as the plastic ball pivot can't handle much stress if someone is trying to adjust the direction of the spray. I tried to order a replacement part but the website did not show this as a possibility. This is disappointing as I have not had durability issues with Delta products is the past.

Would Purchase Again
I purchased stainless steel version this time. The last non SST version had to be replaced twice. This version is made mostly of metal and able to withstand daily use like the other version couldn't.

Water only comes out the middle
We've installed a new 58467 shower with the removable handle. Water comes out the handle part but not the main part. There is nothing in the instructions so we need to know how to make water come out the main part of the shower head.

I have this Delta shower head, Delta Classic In2ition® 4-Setting 2-in-1 Shower System - 58467. The plastic lever that switches the water mode has broken because there was too much force required to turn it. Can I order a replacement?

Do we have option to install a long shower arm to extend shower head over our head?
Thank you for your question, Gian! An adjustable shower arm is not tested to support the weight of an In2ition model unfortunately. We do offer longer shower arms if you simply need to extend the shower head away from the wall.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58467-SS will be replacing your existing shower head. It should be a standard size showerarm but I am not sure with Moen products.
