Classic In2intion shower unit
My unit functions fine but the stainless steel metal jacket covering the metal hose has separated from the shower handle. The unit works but there is about 1.5 inches of the black hose showing. Not sure why this separated but it would be nice to just order a replacement hose.

I LOVE this shower head - but it broke after less than a year.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This showerhead is perfect except for the quality. There is just too much plastic in it. In less than a year, the little lever that switches the waterflow broke off. I only use it about every 2-3 weeks to change the flow to wash my dog. I think it's still under warranty, but I don't have any paperwork. Bummer. It was pricey!

Good ergonomics, premature failure
We very much like this hand shower - unlike most, the head is at about the same height as the fixed head its replaces. The hand shower works well, occasinally balky coming out of the fixed head. Worked well until sudden failure of the swivel connector that threads onto the shower arm coming out of the wall - suddenly full water pressure out of the arm while the whole apparatus falls into the tub. The swivel connector gizmo is plastic, should be metal IMO. We want to take showers tomorrow so we'll see if we can find another of these at Home Depot in the AM...

Delta 2 and one shower head

shout out to showers!

I felt that the detachable part was amazing for easy wash of the kids and they were not scared. it could have used option to have the straight water and regular part water all at once. really neat and overall well thought out

Absolutely Wonderful!

Nice unit but not a strong stream.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy. Very stylish. The hand-held section removes easily and returns to the stationary unit nicely. Sturdy, well made. Will hold up for many years. My only complaint is the water pressure it emits is not very strong. I prefer a strong water stream. I thought if I adjusted the setting dial I would get better pressure, but I did not. For this reason I am scoring it a 4 out of 5.

Makes me glad to shower!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to put together and install. I live in an apartment and the shower head that is provided by management is awful. I usually need to hang around by the spigot and drain just to get wet. However, this shower head spans across the shower stall. It is awesome! I love it and the detachment! I can reach every part of my body with ease. Plus, it's so much easier to clean the shower and bathe my dog with the detachable handle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 3yrs ago I gutted totally both my bathrooms & had them remodeled. I purchased 2 identical sets of DELTA In2ition 58467-SS. One has snapped off completely in the back & the other one I am afraid to even adjust for fear it will also snap off. I have always purchased Delta products for all my homes & I am so VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of this product considering what I paid for them

hand control not durable
Loved this design perfect for my needs,however this handle control slowly got stiffer and stiffer. I had two, one for the spare bathroom and my main one broke (the control finally just broke off) and I swapped them a year ago and now the spare barely moves. Doesn't look like the shower head handle is available by its self. Will look for a new style that is more durable,don't believe one year is worth 180 dollars.

Very nice all around product for the price
I first purchased this product a few years ago for a shower that couldn't accommodate most hand showers that extended too high. The water flow is very good, and the next best thing to a rain shower. I especially like being able to use the hand shower to rinse down the shower walls and door. This makes cleaning so easy. I recently purchase two more for new bathrooms and so far they work just as well. I also like Delta's warranty since it gives you a comfort level knowing that they will stand behind their product.

Broke first time we used it.
We had this shower head installed in our guest bathroom years ago and it never got used. Well now our Son is moving into the Guest room, and the first time he touched it to try and adjust it, the swivel piece that attaches to the pipe thread broke off. I don't know what engineer thought that a piece that holds an entire shower head would be well served with only 1mm worth of plastic where the adjustment ball attaches to the threaded brass adapter but he or she needs to fired. This part should have been made out of solid brass. Besides that, as far as we can tell the shower head would have been fine but like I said, we never got to actually test it. I'm guessing they have since fixed the issue with a stronger part, which I hope I can get from Delta.

Enjoyed up until the end....
My wife and I have used this showerhead since at least 2008. We purchased it while stationed in Wichita Falls Texas and have moved with it 4 times (couldn't stand to leave it behind). Recently the selector on the hand shower portion became quite difficult to move and the outer plastic piece finally broke. With no replacement parts available we have had to install a lower quality showerhead that we purchased for a different bathroom. I wish that there were replacement parts available as we have become quite accustomed to this one. I have no complaints about the product and am happy that it has lasted this long but hate to see it go (I still have it in the hopes that something can be done to fix it.....)

Delta stands behind their products!
My plumber always recommends delta and now I know why. The switch broke on our shower head after 6 years and the delta representative has sent out a replacement. Thanks Earl and the whole delta team. You have a customer for life, I won't be tempted by cheaper competitors.

Great Design but poor quality that hinders the good features
I loved, loved, loved my In2ition shower head very much and have taken good care for it for the 4 years of use - I soak the shower head in vinegar-water solution every 2-3 months, yet in the past year I have started experiencing serious issues with the front nozzle control. At the beginning it was just more difficult to rotate. Now it’s impossible to switch as I’m afraid if I force it, it would brake. I need the two settings on this shower head as I have long hair and I need strong water flow for rinsing. I am extremely disappointed that such an expensive shower head lasted such a short time and I’m forced to buy a new one. But it deserves the 2nd chance because of the great design and many features. Hope the new one would indeed last lifetime the way Delta guarantees!

After writing my review, I was immediately contacted by Delta Customer Service Justin who asked me a few additional questions. I responded to his email, and within 48 hours received a email indicating they were shipping me a new handheld mount with hose. It is clear that Delta listens to its customers and honors its warranty. They have made significant improvements in how the shower and hose valves work. They have even upgraded the hose to a beautiful finish that is not encased in plastic sheathing. This customer service experience has been terrific. Thank you Justin and thank you Delta for your products!

Disappointed
4- 5 years ago I did a complete rehab on my house. I bought delta products for 3 baths and a kitchen - all except this one perform wonderfully. This one was installed in a handicapped shower for my elderly mom - the design is great - however there is an ongoing leaking problem - changed the cartridge once already and it is leaking again. I expected it trouble free for more than 2 - 3 years at a time. I spent almost $1,000 on fixtures....I am disappointed..

Leaking handheld very frustrating and wasteful
The hand held unit has been dripping and leaking for over a year now. This unit cost a lot of money and I expected much higher quality from a Delta product. Product manuals do not show how to disassemble the hand held, so I cannot even investigate the cause. The wasted water is a shame, but I cannot stop the leak, so I am hopeful you can suggest a remedy for the issue. Normally, I am ready to recommend Delta products, however, my experience with this handheld unit gives me pause. The rest of the functionality on the head itself seems to be working as designed.

Water only comes out the middle
We've installed a new 58467 shower with the removable handle. Water comes out the handle part but not the main part. There is nothing in the instructions so we need to know how to make water come out the main part of the shower head.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58467 has lever on the front of it that you can use to switch modes and between the hand shower and the stationary shower.

I have this Delta shower head, Delta Classic In2ition® 4-Setting 2-in-1 Shower System - 58467. The plastic lever that switches the water mode has broken because there was too much force required to turn it. Can I order a replacement?

Do we have option to install a long shower arm to extend shower head over our head?
Thank you for your question, Gian! An adjustable shower arm is not tested to support the weight of an In2ition model unfortunately. We do offer longer shower arms if you simply need to extend the shower head away from the wall.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58467-SS will be replacing your existing shower head. It should be a standard size showerarm but I am not sure with Moen products.
