Hats off to Delta, they are replacing it with a new one with no hassle. The reviewers complaining about the poor spray etc. should complain to the federal government as it is because of them the manufacturers had to reduce the gallons per minute (gpm).

My wife loves this shower system for its many features and it does spray hard enough to rinse the soap out of her tremendously thick, beautiful hair. But this will only do it with the handheld part of the system. Here is why I’m writing my very first review. I’m very disappointed that the handheld part button has deteriorated ( I guess from my hard water in my area?) and rendered useless on the settings now. It can’t be replaced and you have to buy the entire system. But wait there is MORE! This has a limited lifetime Warranty. I called with the original invoice ( that was the awesome part,I had it on file from the remodel). They were pleasantly helpful and I am installing my new system 4 days after the phone call. Wat to do what you say and say what you do is truthful. I am very thrilled with how this all went down even with the disappointment of only lasting 7 years to the month. Thank you Delta

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Product! A quality product! We chose the stainless finish, which is a nice deep grey metallic. The shower head is very sturdy, including the hose for the hand held. And the water pressure is great! This is not a wimpy shower head. Pro tip: if you are installing this for new construction, you must buy a separate shower arm.

Are all the actual show head and hose metal?

just had an In2uition come in the mail today and it is all plastic, the handheld the hose, etc. I am looking for a metal 2 in 1 shower head in your Venetian Bronze finish. Do you have any?

Ash, Thank you for your question! All of our In2ition shower heads have a non-metallic shower head and hand shower. Select models, including this one, have a 60-82&quot; stretchable metal hose. I purchased the Delta 58471 and the instructions say to turn the know labeled #5 in the picture to change from showerhead only, outer rim only or both. There is no knob and there is no #5 in the picture. How do you change?

What is the difference in 58480 vs 58471?

Hi Les, Thank you for your question. Both the 58480 and 58471 are H2Okinetic In2ition showerheads with many of the same features. The main difference is in the styling of the showerheads. The other difference is that the 58480 offers a 5 setting hand shower where the 58471 only has a 4 setting hand shower. Thanks, Dave

The compare feature only shows finish options as the difference.

Does this have a flow restricter that can be removed to increase water pressure? If so, how do I remove it?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58471-PN-PK has a flow output of 2.5 gpm at 80 psi. This is the largest flow allowable by legislation. We do not recommend that you take out the flow restrictor and it does void the warranty if its removed.
