When you use the function for both the outside and inside part of the shower head for flow together it is even worse. We had a professional completely renovate 2 bathrooms and do not have pressure problems on any other fixtures. Our previous cheap shower head was significantly better for a fraction of the price

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good showerhead I love the versatility of this shower head and I have had no problems with the magnet like others have stated. It's heavy and not cheap plastic. Every contractor (pretty much gutted my home to the studs) that has looked at my shower components has made the comment, "You got the good stuff." I was warned from the beginning to make sure my fittings, my valves and my accessories were brass so that's what I did in my 2.5 bathrooms. The only issue I have with the showerhead is that the water pressure is less than I would like it to be. The longer hose is a bonus too and makes cleaning the shower easier. I bought the black but and I have no issues with water buildup and water spots. Everyone's water is different and to blame mineral deposits on the brand, isn't really the fair thing to do.

The magnet doesn't hold up the detachable head, and we're lucky it didn't hit us or our new glass shower door when it fell. We tried adding a stronger magnet to the back, but still no luck. The side notches that are supposed to help hold it are poorly designed and don't work. The finish is also chipping off around the notches already. We've taken less than 5 showers with this thing and now have to figure out what to do to replace it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Should be Recalled We're returning this product. The handheld shower arm does not "click" into place so much as it just dangles precariously. The clips on the side don't grip the handheld unit. The magnet in the head is not strong enough to hold it, so any slight bumps of the water cable (or high water pressure when turning on the shower faucet) cause the shower handheld to fall out of the cradle. Our shower head is installed at the standard 30 degree angle, so this is not a steep angle install issue. The cradle just doesn't function. We were advised by our contractor to return this and get a different head as this will inevitably fall and crack our brand new tile. Poor design, not individual product manufacturer's defect. This design should be recalled.

How do you set the diverter handle? Our shower is now sometimes sputtering, but spray heads seem clear. Is there a default way to adjust the diverter handle (Up, Down, Middle)?

The diverter knob on the right side of the showerhead is turned to change between showerhead only, showerhead and hand shower, or hand shower only. What would cause this shower head unit to demagnetize? I had this unit installed in10/21 after two showers the hand held portion fell out of the stationary unit, and hit me in the head . I received a replacement unit, it is now malfunctioning. Please help

Does this unit come with a universal valve rough-in or is it to be purchased separately? I have a new rough-in left over from another purchase: Part # is 53535-B. Will it work with this shower unit?

Thank you for your question, Obie! Model 58474 does not come included with a rough valve, and does not have to be used with a specific valve. This shower head can be used with any shower rough valve. Best Regards, Benjamin

Is this shower head made of plastic and metal? I am looking for an all-metal shower head, but even the specifications page doesn't show that information
