La ducha dos en uno In2ition® de Delta® viene con una ducha manual desmontable que se puede usar por separado o simultáneamente con el cabezal de ducha. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy customer I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replaced a 7 year old In2ition The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

Our only complaint is the water pressure (thanks New York!) The massage feature could have a bit more force

I was trying to find replacement parts, and noticed that the broken switch was a common occurrence. Apparently the remedy entails an email contact. Could you please let me know what I can do to remedy this situation?

Is the 58569-PK available in brushed nickel?

Need to know how long the hose is, and if alternate lengths are available.

Hi, Neet! Thank you for your question. The hose assembly for the Delta 58569-PK is a stretchable metal hose and stretches 60"-82" (1524 mm - 2083 mm). If needed, any of our hose assemblies will fit the shower head/hand shower unit. Best Regards, Rosanna

What is the difference between the Delta 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS?

Dear EJ, Thank you for your question. The differences between the models 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS is the back side material of the actual showerhead and length of the hose assemblies. The 58045-SS hose assembly is longer it is 69 inches and the back side of the showerhead is a gray plastic. The 58469-SS-PK has 60 inch hose assembly and the back side of the showerhead is chrome non metallic material. Best regards, Tanya

Can the water sense be disabled

Hi, Russ! Thank you for your question. The Delta 58569-PK shower unit flow restrictor to allow this unit to be Water Sense labeled is non-removable. Removing or attempting to remove the restrictor may result in voiding any warranty the unit may carry. Best Regards, Rosanna

I just remodeled, and have this shower head installed in one of my bathrooms. The city inspector is asking if it has a built in anti-siphon valve (need proof to pass). Does any of the literature on this item cover that? Please help! Thx.

Is there some kind of water saver device on this that can be removed?

I could use a little more pressure and flow. Is there a restricter on this and where is it located?

Can the restrictor be removed to allow for greater water pressure?

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend removing the flow restrictor from the shower head or hand shower wand as it will no longer meet the specific plumbing codes and could potentially disrupt the way the model functions. Also, removal of the flow restrictor will void the warranty for this product.
