Bought 2 for new walk in shower. Both leak.
Purchased 2 of these for a new walk in shower. Both leak where they attach to the goose neck. Have disassembled several times and near as I can tell it is a manufacturing defect. Seal is in tact. Goose neck is delta as well as valve. Very disappointed for the cost of these. They also feel ultra flimsy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great showerhead
I chose this showerhead because of the higher flow rate. I'm used to low flow showerheads, so this one felt luxurious. Plenty of water so you don't have to move around to get wet. The detachable handheld portion feels solid. I love the options of directing the water to the handheld, the showerhead, or both. This showerhead is worth the money. I'd buy it again in a second.

Great Shower Head-Great Flow
We have yet to install this shower head for our use in a home remodel, but have experience with the model from previous use in another house over several years. This head is sturdy, well made and does what Delta says it will do. The flow is great and consistent unlike the more restrictive flows of other heads including Delta's, that the water police have foisted upon us. Thanks for a great product .

not worth the money, buy it for looks only Part 2
I have replaced this shower head with a Moen 200H0BRB Hydro Energetix Handheld Shower, Mediterranean Bronze, and for 37.95 it outperforms the delta shower head in every single way.
I also tested a AquaCare High Pressure 8-mode Handheld Shower Head for 44.99 and it also outperformed the Delta shower head in every single way.

Is there a Wall Mounted Fixed bracket that can be purchased so the hand held can be placed into this bracket that would be mounted low on wall so when using a chair to shower the water sprays low toward floor so can soap up then remove to rinse ??

If I purchase a D58569SS25PK shower head do I need to purchase a valve as well?

I purchased the 58569-25-PK model. The installation instructions do not indicate to place teflon tape on the shower arm prior to attaching the shower head. Is that correct? Is the tape not required for installation? Thank you

This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Can the 2.5 gpm version of this shower head be reduced to less than 2.5 gpm with the use of a restrictor? If so does this option come in the box with the 2.5 gpm version?

What is the GPM of this unit? What is the differance between this unit and the 58480?

Why would a person buy the 2.5 gpm version vs. the 1.75 gpm version? Both the Home Depot and the Amazon online catalogs simply state that one puts out more water than the other but neither state how or why a consumer should decide between the two.

We had a problem with very fine silt in our well water. It clogged the hand held part of the shower head. Is there a way to clear the head, i.e. taking the head apart to rinse it? I've tried vinegar but the touch holes are clogged.

How do we activate hand held shower

what is the warranty on this product? we've had a few yers and now the rubber insets are all detereating and falling out.
