Ain’t worth the money!
We are on our second shower head due to a cheap plastic knob on the handheld and the same knob has broken again today. The first one broke just over a year ago and Delta sent a new one but I had a feeling it wouldn’t last long and guess what, it barely made it 1 year! I called customer service and the first girl I spoke with was supposed to send me a link to send them pictures to. I called back about an hour later and the second girl I spoke with said “Yeah it looks like she didn’t send it.” This girl sent me the link, I forwarded the pictures and then I got busy at work. I called back about 4 hours later and I was given the run around with customer service because I couldn’t remember when the original shower head was installed. This woman was rude and was doing everything she could to get off the phone with me. I’ve had plenty of Delta shower heads in faucets in the multiple houses I’ve lived in and even put some in at my firehouse without any issues. All were made of high quality materials but this one, not so much! It is not worth my time or money anymore! Delta…do better!

Solid brushed nickel and absolutely love this shower head. I bought it with resale of my home in mind because for me I only use the one spray option and both the handheld and entire shower head work as expected. Moving to a new home and will buy again.

Bought 2 for new walk in shower. Both leak.
Purchased 2 of these for a new walk in shower. Both leak where they attach to the goose neck. Have disassembled several times and near as I can tell it is a manufacturing defect. Seal is in tact. Goose neck is delta as well as valve. Very disappointed for the cost of these. They also feel ultra flimsy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great showerhead
I chose this showerhead because of the higher flow rate. I'm used to low flow showerheads, so this one felt luxurious. Plenty of water so you don't have to move around to get wet. The detachable handheld portion feels solid. I love the options of directing the water to the handheld, the showerhead, or both. This showerhead is worth the money. I'd buy it again in a second.

Is there a Wall Mounted Fixed bracket that can be purchased so the hand held can be placed into this bracket that would be mounted low on wall so when using a chair to shower the water sprays low toward floor so can soap up then remove to rinse ??

I purchased the 58569-25-PK model. The installation instructions do not indicate to place teflon tape on the shower arm prior to attaching the shower head. Is that correct? Is the tape not required for installation? Thank you

Can the 2.5 gpm version of this shower head be reduced to less than 2.5 gpm with the use of a restrictor? If so does this option come in the box with the 2.5 gpm version?

What is the GPM of this unit? What is the differance between this unit and the 58480?

Thanks for your question regarding 58569-BL25-PK! The maximum flow rate of this model is 2.5 GPM at 80 psi. Model 58480-BL25-PK has H2Okinetic® Technology, as model 58569-BL25-PK does not.

Why would a person buy the 2.5 gpm version vs. the 1.75 gpm version? Both the Home Depot and the Amazon online catalogs simply state that one puts out more water than the other but neither state how or why a consumer should decide between the two.

We had a problem with very fine silt in our well water. It clogged the hand held part of the shower head. Is there a way to clear the head, i.e. taking the head apart to rinse it? I've tried vinegar but the touch holes are clogged.

How do we activate hand held shower

To activate the hand shower on our 58569-25-PK, there is a lever at the top of the shower head. This lever will divert water between the shower head, hand shower, and both at the same time.
