The hose also is too short when you have an existing mount higher than usual. Will be moving it to the guest bath.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Powerful shower. Had a rain shower and hated the slow drip shower... I wanted something that's more powerful. This Delta 58620-25-PK shower is almost perfect - the water comes out very powerful from the head and the handheld individually. The power drops somewhat when you set to having both, but it's still good. I rated it 4 star because it's still somewhat less powerful compared to my simple old Speakman shower head with a Waterpik handheld... My current shower pluming setting does not allow to have the Speakman / Waterpik unless I drill and install... So this is good enough.

So far this shower head is excellent. I saw reviews about the attachment being an issue potentially down the road but no concerns as of now. Great product, thanks Delta.

The 58620-25-PK includes a 60 - 82 in. stretchable metal hose and is available in a variety of finishes. The 75510DSN includes a 60 in. metal hose and the finish selection is more limited. I have an In2ition 5-setting two-in-one shower. When I screw the shower head tightly onto the arm, the head is upside down. I don&rsquo;t see a &ldquo;collar&rdquo; on the head that I can loosen/tighten. Help!

Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used. In general, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate). I am sorry this information was not readily available for our Delta Faucet In2ition&reg; H2Okinetic&reg; 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Stainless MODEL#: 58620-SS25-PK, and I am happy to help you! Our GPM is going to depend on the PSI in your home, our pressure balance and thermostatic valves allow for 30-100 PSI in your home. At approx. 80 PSI our shower units provide around 2.5 GPM max and a 1.75 GPM Min. (Model Specific Flow Rate). Is it possible to have water come out from only one head at a time? Does the water pressure go down if both are operated simultaneously during a shower?

It is not designed to change the flow rate when the diverter is used. But you may notice a change if the home has lower water pressure. The 'Box Model' or 'BX' for the Delta MultiChoice Universal R10000-UNBX Rough Valve Body indicates that the rough is a basic model with no added features. I recently installed the In2ition&reg; H2Okinetic&reg; 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower in Champagne Bronze in my master bathroom. I'm very pleased but find it impossible to keep the finish from looking awful from water spots. Is this normal? What can I do?

Hello Ladi, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help you! Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
