Outstanding performance
We are California residents and our region is in the midst of an "extraordinary drought". As such, we have rightfully been asked to reduce our water consumption by 20% and I'm afraid that's only the beginning. When my husband and I took a hard look at where we might be wasting water we realized that our showers were one culprit. We were just wasting water when we shampooed, shaved and did other ablutions during our showers. To help with that we wanted a new shower head that had a "pause" mechanism and one that maximized our already very reduced water pressure. This Delta shower really delivers excellent water pressure and the pause feature is saving us lots of water. Win, win and win. It's pricy, but a satisfying shower is one of life's simple pleasures and I'm glad we can still indulge in that in an environmentally sensitive way. Also, super easy to install yourself.

Beautiful shower head
I love love love this matte black showerhead. It looks great in my shower. It has an easy set up and has worked well for over a month. I am very happy with it. The multiple holes the water comes out is great.

Wonderful showerhead!
I decided to replace my old showerhead with this pretty black matte one. It works very well and has different settings. It made my shower look more modern and is way prettier than the old silver one that came with the house. I highly recommend this one.

I don't understand how to operate this shower head! How do I switch between the handheld sprayer and the overhead sprayer? Or use both at once?

The UNIVERSAL SHOWERING H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower MODEL#: 58620-PR-PK diverter lever rotates to change the shower head spray settings. The push button changes spray selection on the hand shower. The shower head diverter allows for single or shared operation of shower head (Full Body Spray in shared position) and hand shower.

MODEL#: 58620-PR-PK How do you change from shower to wand or both? When you take the handle off does it automatically switch to the handle, then back to the shower once you put the handle back in its groove?
The button is stuck in the pressed position on my wand. Do you sell replacements or recommend parts to repair?
Just installed and used once. Could not adjust temperature. It was either all cold or all hot. Is there a secret?

Thanks for inquiring about the H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower MODEL#: 58620-PR-PK. It sounds as though the rotational limit stop may not have been adjusted. The rotational limit stop is used to limit the amount of hot water available such that, if set properly, the user will not be scalded if the handle accidentally is rotated all the way to “hot” when a person is showering or filling a tub. The first position allows the LEAST amount of hot water to mix with the cold water in the system. In the first position, the water will be the coldest possible when the handle is turned all the way to hot. As you move the rotational limit stop counterclockwise, you progressively add more and more hot water in the mix. The last position to the left will result in the greatest amount of hot water to the mix, and the greatest risk of scald injury if someone accidentally turns the valve handle all the way to the hot side while showering or filling a tub.
To adjust the temperature of the water coming out of the valve, pull the disc back to a position where it is possible to remove the rotational limit stop and readjust the teeth engagement position to the desired temperature. Clockwise will decrease the outlet temperature, counterclockwise will increase the outlet temperature. Temperature change per tooth (notch) could be 4° - 16°F based on inlet water conditions. Repeat as necessary. Push disc until fully seated.

The shower head is continuing to drip even after I have turned off the shower. What could be the cause? The shower is only a year old.

It is possible that flushing the H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower MODEL#: 58620-PR-PK could resolve this issue. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should.
