Rated 4 out of 5 by from Powerful shower. Had a rain shower and hated the slow drip shower... I wanted something that's more powerful. This Delta 58620-25-PK shower is almost perfect - the water comes out very powerful from the head and the handheld individually. The power drops somewhat when you set to having both, but it's still good. I rated it 4 star because it's still somewhat less powerful compared to my simple old Speakman shower head with a Waterpik handheld... My current shower pluming setting does not allow to have the Speakman / Waterpik unless I drill and install... So this is good enough.

So far this shower head is excellent. I saw reviews about the attachment being an issue potentially down the road but no concerns as of now. Great product, thanks Delta.

The shower arm used with this showerhead would be up to the customer's preference. 7" is a typical arm length. For example the model T17489-PR includes this showerhead and a 7" shower arm. Are there any plastic parts in this unit?

Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. We also have a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all parts and finish. Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used. In general, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate). I am sorry this information was not readily available for our Delta Faucet In2ition® H2Okinetic® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Stainless MODEL#: 58620-SS25-PK, and I am happy to help you! Our GPM is going to depend on the PSI in your home, our pressure balance and thermostatic valves allow for 30-100 PSI in your home. At approx. 80 PSI our shower units provide around 2.5 GPM max and a 1.75 GPM Min. (Model Specific Flow Rate). Hi Cindy, thank you for your interest in the 58620-SS25-PK! Either valve is compatible. The Universal R10000-UNBX is a Single Box Model. The 'Box Model' or 'BX' for the Delta MultiChoice Universal R10000-UNBX Rough Valve Body indicates that the rough is a basic model with no added features. Can this product be used with an adjustable shower arm? My project is a retrofit, and the present shower arm is not high enough. I have never seen a picture of one of these mounted to an adjustable arm. Perhaps an Offset Arm would be better. thank you.

I recently installed the In2ition® H2Okinetic® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower in Champagne Bronze in my master bathroom. I'm very pleased but find it impossible to keep the finish from looking awful from water spots. Is this normal? What can I do?

Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I just bought a model # 58620 In2ition and trying to install it but water still coming out from the shower head to the hose, actually between the hose and the nuts. What's the solution?

The hose uses a rubber gasket to seal the connection. To first troubleshoot the leak, unscrew the connection and check that the gasket is present and is not folded or bent.
