Champagne Bronze coating coming off 73835CZ
We purchased Delta Lahara robe hooks for our remodel, installed in March 2017. Now, just one year later, the champagne bronze coating is peeling off the hooks where our robe straps hang on the hooks. The description says they are brass hooks, but they have apparently have a poor quality spray coating on them that wears off prematurely. Where the coating has worn off, we can now take our fingernail and easily scrape the coating off the rest of the hook, revealing a dull silver color underneath the champagne bronze coating. Until now we liked the hooks, but this is unacceptable. Poor quality finish -- we will contact Delta.

Is the Lahara Robe Hook made of brass?

Can this be mounted inside a shower ? How would you do so ?
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 73835-RB or any of our accessories are not recommended to be mounted inside the shower. The brackets are not waterproof and may rust if exposed to water.

How much weight can this hook hold if mounted on drywall using plastic plugs?

i misplaced the mounting bracket for this hook. where can i buy a replacement piece?
