Solid unit but small engineering flaw in mounting pin
Nice product and well made - solid. Easy to install. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the wall mount anchor, for the towel bar, is round. When you place the towel bar on the mount and tighten the set screw, the towel bar will still turn when you place a towel on it. You need to file a flat on the bottom of the mounting pin so the set screw will properly anchor and lock the towel bar in place.

Cannot tighten the towel hook. It wiggles & hangs crooked.
The towel hook cannot be tightened where it will stay. I have two and both are always crooked. Very frustrating! My husband has used the tool included with the towel ring sets many times. It won’t stay tight for 24 hours. I hate that they move & don’t hang level.

Stationary ring - be careful that it doesn't pull out from wall
This has a stationary ring - doesn't swing or hinge like some other towel rings might. So any movement on the hook puts a lot of pressure on the screws. It was coming loose from wall after a couple weeks of LIGHT use. Had contractor reinstall with more secure anchors and it's been fine since but we treat it very delicately. It is a great style though. I would not suggest it for spaces to be used by kids or a high traffic area. And would use stud if positioning allows, it didn't for us. It would give it 5 stars (and buy it again for another room) if they had just made the ring pivot.

Great, but not if you need two opposite each other
We are happy with the quality and style of all the items we purchased from the Dryden collection. However, the towel rings only face one direction. This is problematic for us because we designed our bathroom to have one ring each on two opposing walls. Consequently, one ring has the opening on the front side, and the other has the opening on the back, making it look like they were installed incorrectly.

Two hand towel rings- one good, one not
I like the look and size of the towel rings, but one is good and one has come loose from where it attaches to the bracket (not the wall), and no way to repair it. Minimal usage as it is just my husband and myself.

Loose screw
Although I like the look of the towel ring, the screw holding the ring to the arm loosens easily to the point the ring dropped off. The screw is extremely difficult to access and to tighten and may have broken off, thus making it impossible to tighten. I think having the ring swing would be a better and more durable design.

Best towel ring I've ever used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a square holder because the round design has always annoyed me, and also did not want the ring to swing. I was beyond pleased to find both features. Hand towels lay flat. It extends far enough from wall, making it the easiest holder I've used to swap out fresh hand towels. This functions exactly like a bath towel holder but looks much nicer. Husband had no problem installing it and even commented on the look. After a year, it still looks brand new in our powder room.

Super design!

I see from the Q and A that you do not make a right side towel ring. This really throws off the symmetry in our bath. Please consider making a right side.
Thank you for your question, suef! We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause however this model is only available as a right side installation currently. We do offer a similarly styled model in IAO20846. We would also recommend a symmetrical towel ring such as the Ara.

This is a left side wall towel ring. Do you have a right side wall towel ring?
I as well am looking for a right side Delta 75146 towel ring. As this ring does not have a reversible feature, which would have been a simple design feature, I consider this to be a serious deficiency in this product.
Delta should again consider fixing this problem.

Hi Tim, Thank you for your question. The size of the set screw is #10-24. The specifications do not say what size the wrench is. The 1/8" and 3/32" are the most common sized wrenches used on our products.
