La ducha dos en uno In2ition® de Delta® viene con una ducha manual desmontable que se puede usar por separado o simultáneamente con el cabezal de ducha. in2ition replacement
I bought this item about a month ago and installed last week. The ball joint on the shower head that attaches to the wall would not hold it in place. It would keep falling against the wall. I called Delta and they were very gracious and sent a new shower head fixture which I installed and works perfectly.

Delta, you redeemed yourselves.
I bought this over a month ago and so far great! Very easy to install and no issues. Unfortunately, I bought a very similar component years ago that performed very poorly for me. It leaked at all of the connections and water output was poor. I took a chance and bought this.

After about a month, I am very happy with this unit. Especially like being able to get a widespread shower.
I worry that the handheld unit will eventually fail to hold its place, but time will tell.

Absolutely fantastic!
Replaced the original shower head. Wanted one that I could detach and spray portions of my body more easily than trying to position myself under a fixed shower head. It was very easy to install and it works very well. I highly recommend this unit.

Terrible. Fails after a few months - 1 yr
I purchased two of these from Lowes. Both failed within a year. One I brought back and was able to get a replacement but the two I still have are broken. the on wand selector fails to work. Eventually, I can no longer get it to go to the 'stop' mode. It will spray out of both outer and inner jets. Moving the selector to the hard spray makes the water come out more but I do not get only the inner jets spraying. If I rock the selector through the options, sometimes I will get the separate jet and outer settings to work. I rarely get the trickle mode to work.

Great service
I have this exact showerhead I've had it for five years and the other day a little black plastic piece that connecting the the detachable shower head and a handle broke off and it was shooting water out. I called Delta and they sent me a brand new unit I got in 2 days. You absolutely can't beat this kind of customer service at all

Great idea, horrible water pressure
I really wanted this to work, but it feels like about half the water pressure I used to have. Making me take longer showers to get clean isn't useful. Back to the store it goes.

Great features, brush nickel is beautiful
Just installed this in my new shower after my bathroom renovation. I like that I have 3 different options, the inner head alone, the outer head alone or both heads together. The hose is also long enough to extend to my shower seat. The water pressure is good on all settings.

This is a very good shower product.
This faucet gives you several ways on how you want to shower in regards to which way you want the water to flow. The only thing that I would recommend Delta should chould is the hose. A stainless steel hose would make it a more superior faucet.

Why does this come with a gray shower arm connector? Why not a matching brushed nickle?
Thank you for your question, El Cid! Model 75490SN uses a non-metallic swivel connector as metal or finished moving parts are more susceptible to heat, corrosion or general wear and tear. We offer many different styles of In2ition shower head/hand shower combos, some of which do have a finished connector.

How does one get to use the pause feature while leathering. The adjustment knob has three stops and none of these provides the pause feature that the product claims to have.

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 4-Setting Two-in-One Shower 75490 model. To access the Pause feature for this model, you will need to turn the dial on the rim of the spray face of the hand shower wand. This does not pause the water flow from the shower head. You would want to have the water diverted to the hand shower only feature before engaging the Pause feature, if you don't want water from the shower head.

can this shower head be adjusted so that it sprays downward instead to the back of the tub? There seems to be a "ball joint" but it will not move.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 75490 In2ition 2 in 1 shower unit does have a ball connector that swivels. The swivel angle is 35°. (17.5° per side).

I bought the brushed nickel showerhead from a Bath store near me about a year and a half ago. We don't use the bathroom much but I noticed it is slowly leaking. Any suggestions on what to do to stop the slow drip. I know you have warranties.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 75490 In2ition® 4-Setting Two-in-One Shower does not include a water control handle. This is the shower head, hand shower, and hose assembly only. I have two of the Delta In2ition Chrome 4-Spray Shower Head however I really need a longer hose so that I can wash my dog. Is there an extension available or a longer hose I can purchase?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 75490 shower unit includes a 60" hose assembly. We do have longer hoses available. We have the U494R-70-PK that is 70" and U494R-84-PK which is 84".
