I recently bought another one from Lowe's, but unfortunately two plastic pieces that connect the head to the shower arm cracked when hand tightening the head to the shower arm. After a week of no response to my email support request, I called DELTA and was informed that this isn't covered under the warranty nor is there a way to purchase replacement plastic pieces. What a waste

If the water supply pipe is straight coming out of the wall is there an adjustment so the shower head can be directed downward?

How do i adjust the ball connector ? Currently the shower is aimed too far to the left .

Some of the outlets on the rubber ports are discolored black even after cleaning, descaling, and disinfecting. Are there replacement parts available? If not, what remedy do you recommend?

Yes.  Can you get a replacement swivel ball mount? . My father  slipped and grabbed shower cable and it broke. Rest of shower head is fine just cracked around swivel ball mount. Can you buy this replacement part and if so we’re can I find one ? Thanks

I have the 75490SN model. What is the best way to clean this from calcium deposits. Can you dip it in vinegar and leave overnight or will that damage the satin nickel showerhead?

We just installed our shower head and the removable head was leaking. When my husband tightened it up, we heard a crack. When we took it apart, the male plastic end of the removable shower head was broken. Is this covered under the warranty?

Just recently installed this shower head and fir some reason I’m not getting any water from the handheld portion of the shower head.  I’ve tried the different settings on the handheld base, but still no water.  Any suggestions?

I have a Delta 75490 shower IN2ITION. The round piece that srcrews the shower head onto the water faucet broke. Is there a way to get a replacement part?

It's called a Ball Connector. I was told that they wouldn't send just that piece that I need to buy an entire new shower fixture. Mine is only 2 years old. Frustrating! They have a Limited Life Time Warranty and I am waiting to see what that actually covers.

I just bought one of these and am shocked to see there is no longer a filter screen in the shower head. What filters the water as it comes into the unit? Is this a design change or did I get a defective product?

If the connection needs to be cleaned, we recommend rinsing with water. If water deposits have built up over time, we recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water. To help avoid issues with water debris, we recommend flushing the shower with the showerhead removed and fully opening the hot and cold for a minute before installing the showerhead, when the valve is serviced, and as part of routine maintenance.
