Good looking shower head
Shower head is good looking and gives you plenty of water pressure. Only problem I have had is circular part pops up and you have to snap it back in place. Don't know if this will be a problem as it gets older.

Love it
This shower head is great. It’s easy to install, the water pressure is excellent, and I didn’t have a problem moving it to a different shower when I moved. To clean it, I just soak it in vinegar and it does the trick!

Great product !
Love it! This shower head makes it easy to give my dogs a bath ! While maintaining nice water pressure. I dont have to move my head around it gets it all!! Amazing !!

Water pressure isn’t strong enough
Giving two stars instead of one because the idea behind this is great. Unfortunately the water pressure is terrible and is only strong when you have either the shower head or the handheld part on but when both are on the water pressure isn’t very strong which is really unfortunate because I had high hopes for this.

How do get the spices clean? Both heads only have. Few streams with water coming out.

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 75498SN! Debris and blockage can cause the sprays to not functions properly, we would recommend soaking the head assembly in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

I have a Delta faucet but can't find the model number. However It seems to match your model 75498 SN exactly. My problem is the hand held portion of the faucet has developed a series of cracks along the side of the grip that sprays water everywhere.

How do I get the pull down shower head to turn on?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 75498SN.
The flow can be changed to the hand shower, shower head, or both with the knob behind the shower head on the right. One of the hand shower spray settings is a pause that reduces the water to a trickle. To change spray modes move the lever on the hand shower.

What materials is this made of? I don’t want plastic parts.
Both showerheads are working but I am having difficulty releasing the handheld from hanging head ?

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 75498SN! The hand shower is snapped into the shower head. Grab the hand shower, use your thumb to brace the shower heads, and lift. When re-inserting the hand shower, push the top in first and snap the hand shower back in place.
