Okay shower head
It was very easy to install, I didn't need any tools for it. It was also quick to install. I think it's a decent shower head, but you could get better ones for the same price. It does seem very durable and seems like it'll last long. I do like how the middle is detachable and easy to put back. I like how easy it is to switch where the water is coming from. The main thing I don't like about it is the size, I prefer the shower head to be bigger, like a rainfall shower. This shower head would only really get water on my head and not really on my body unless I detached it. The water pressure is very good when you only have it spraying in the middle, but when you have all parts of it going it is pretty weak. Overall, I would not really recommend this shower head.

Great water pressure!
This shower head improved our water pressure by a lot! I love that there are different settings to switch between a bunch of combinations using just the outer fixed head combined with the removable part. I also appreciate that it came with a separate holder for the removable part, that was easy to attach on the shower wall. The installation itself was very easy and pretty straight forward. I would rate it 5 stars if the overall feeling of it was a little more sturdy/durable. Some of the parts (specifically the connection itself) feel cheap.

Love this shower head
This is an awesome shower head. The part that attaches to the wall and the hand held part can be adjusted separately and used completely independently from one another. There's good pressure and the option to pause, which is great for hair masks, shaving, etc. without having to completely turn off the water!

Installation was easy and flawless. My husband enjoyed the massage setting. I personally like you can grab the handle and spray the water wherever needed. Fully stainless steel and grab quality.

Pretty but no pressure
This shower head looks beautiful but it feels cheap. Install wasn’t the easiest because a gasket inside wasn’t pushed down all the way and caused issues when screwing it on. I used pipe tape I had but it still leaked. The water pressure is awful and had to take twice as long to get the shampoo out of my hair. The handheld head is pretty small so if you want just that on to have more pressure, you are huddled under it to stay warm. We will be going back to our $25 Amazon shower head.

How do I remove the Hand Shower Utility Mount after it has been installed on tile using the adhesive backing?

The adhesive is not designed to be easily removed. Carefully using heat may help with prying the mount from the adhesive.
