Great shower head
Extremely easy to install. Shower pressure seems to be more than the previous one that we had. Looks great. Size of the shower head - easy to angle or use as rain shower head. Wand is easy to access and has great water flow. Did not disappoint.

Great combo, wish the water pressure was higher
We are really enjoying this shower head. It was quick and easy to install, took less than ten minutes. I love the look and feel of it, but would have chosen a brushed nickel finish if that was an option. The square shower head feels a little cheap and not very strong so I’m curious to see how it holds up over time. I wish the water pressure was stronger on the shower head, and I almost wish the square head was half the size, I bet that would help improve the pressure having fewer holes to distribute the water from. I love having the hand held attachment, the quality and pressure there is perfect.

You will need an R10000-UN rough-in valve and either a 14m 17 or 17T series trim kit to control water flow/temperature. A supply line will also need plumbed to where the hand shower hose connects to the wall elbow.

The showerhead included with our 75527 can be removed from the adjustable shower arm, and can be exchanged with a different shower head. The hand held can also be exchanged. However, we cannot guarantee a different manufacturers products will fit with ours.

How do you remove mounting base from the cover? I’ve tried putting a flathead near the notch and it does not come apart.
Is the 10 Inch Raincan Shower Head & Hand Held Combo With Adjustable Extension Arm In Matte Black MODEL 75527-BL available in a 2.5 gpm version. If so where can it be purchased/ordered

Our 75527-BL has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 GPM at 80 PSI. This model does not have another option for a higher flow. However, the connection to the shower head is the same as all of our shower heads as well as the hand shower connection to the hose.

I have installed this shower and the hose to the hand held attachment continues to leak. I used the plumbers tape and changed out the washer thinking the one that was sent with it may have been defective, but the hose continues to leak at the fitting.

Can a trim kit with diverter be used in lieu of the diverter at the shower head? For accessibility, the diverter being at the shower head is too high and does not comply with code requirements.

The included hand shower, showerhead, and/or adjustable arm can be used with a typical trim and diverter instead of the included shower arm diverter. They have standard 1/2" threads to fit a shower arm or wall elbow.
