La ducha dos en uno In2ition® de Delta® viene con una ducha manual desmontable que se puede usar por separado o simultáneamente con el cabezal de ducha. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta No Longer Has Quality Products I have purchased this, and multiple other Delta products over the years--the problem is, they use cheap quality plastic for areas that should be metal, and they have often failed over time, creating anywhere from hairline fractures that leak, to full cracks that spray water. This have been seen over multiple different products over many years. The quality does not match the price for Delta products. Delta products are no longer the quality standard, just now the brand-name mark-up, with the same, or cheaper quality, inferior parts. Do not buy any longer now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design and abysmal customer service This is a great idea and when the handheld part stays in place. When it pops out randomly it can create a mess in the bathroom. When I contacted support, they asked for pictures of below the sink and of the vegetable sprayer connection. I let them know my inquiry was for the shower and they again asked for undersink pictures. Due to the lack of support I would say get one if it fails return it and buy another brand don't try to get support.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hand shower head fails to dock into main head I bought this in Aug ‘23 for newly remodeled extra bathroom. This bathroom shower is not even been used. It had fallen several time and I put it back in place, only to find it back on the floor. Now it doesn’t even engage. Had quest this passed week and the shower is not usable. Very frustrating and upset.. was wanting to show off my newly remodeled bathroom.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hand shower head fails to dock into main head I purchased this shower head on July 30, 2023, to support spinal fusion recovery, using a shower bench. A couple of nights ago, we heard a crash from the bathroom. As many others have reported at Home Depot, the hand shower head had detached from the main shower head and fallen into the tub. The design defect is obvious. The plastic spring-tabs are incapable of retaining the hand shower head, apparently fatiguing from multiple detachment cycles. Durability is not a quality attribute that Delta tests?

Is a longer arm available to lower head in shower?

I love my Delta shower head, but need it to angle more downward so the water doesn't hit the side of the shower. I am using a RP6023 5 1/2 wall mounted shower arm. Is there another arm that would work with this model that could angle the water downward.

How do you disconnect the hand held from the shower head Md 75585

I recently purchased Delta model 58480-RB25-PK for my elderly mother. She does not have enough hand strength to push in the pause button on the hand held shower head. This model appears to have a bigger button. Is it easier to use/push?

I bought the In2Ition 75585SN at Home Depot. I found out I also need shower valves and trims, because I'm doing a full bathroom remodel. Can you send me the valve and trim information that goes with/fits the In2ition 75585SN shower head? Thanks

I purchased IN2ITION TWO-IN-ONE SHOWER head from Home Depot and there were no gaskets included. Looks like 3 gaskets are needed, 1 for shower head and 2 for both ends of the hose. Were the gaskets supposed to be included? Thank you.
