La ducha dos en uno In2ition® de Delta® viene con una ducha manual desmontable que se puede usar por separado o simultáneamente con el cabezal de ducha. Poor Quality control
The first one of these I bought had what appeared to be rust spots I couldn't scrape off, and I had to return. Second one came with the ball too tight in the socket. It's like splitting and atom to try to adjust the head. Apparently delta had an issue with the ball being too loose and shower heads drooping, and it seems as if they've over corrected this issue. 3 stars for an amazing looking dual head design.

Showerhead leaks right out of the package
I bought this showerhead at Menard's tonight as my prior Delta handheld shower head's hose began leaking due to age. I came home for the easy installation, which only took minutes, only to turn on the water to find it leaks. It is not leaking where I attached it to the shower arm out of my shower wall. Nor does it leak where I attached the handheld hose to the shower head. It is leaking a lot from just behind the shower head itself, where the head can pivot.

Bad Hose & Customer Service
The hose leaked right out of the package. I called customer service and I was told to take it back to the store and if they don't exchange it, Delta will send me a replacement which will take 10-14 business days. Inconveniencing the customer like this is NOT good customer service!

Hose Could Be Better
I like the shower wand and its features but the plastic hose was kinked in the box and just doesn't hang right. Even after running hot water through it for a while, the kinks are still there. Needs to have a more flexible hose. Doesn't stay up where you point it either. Just droops down with no way to tighten it.

Love it
Had older one, which I liked, but it got damaged during a bath remodel; replaced with this one; the 2.5gpm flow is the same so there is no reduction in flow, was afraid that if I went to the 1.5gpm I wouldn't like it. No problems so far and am sure Delta will back it.

Does the showerhead still put out water if using just the handheld?

Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower 75587 unit has a 3-way diverter knob on the side, that allows use of handshower only, showerhead only or both on at one time.

The center shower head that connects to the hose is leaking at the plastic seam by the shutoff valve. Is there a replacement for that or might it be covered by warranty. My shower head is only about 4 years old. It has leaked a little from the beginning.

does pause button control both the shower head and the handshower?
I need to be able to control the shower head flow from a seated position. Can this be done with any of the in2ition heads?

Thank you for your question!
The pause button on the handshower portion of this or any of our In2itions series handshowers only pauses the flow on the handshower. The only way to control the showerhead flow is with the switch on the showerhead itself.

What is the difference between the Delta Faucet 5-Spray In2ition 2-in-1 Dual Hand Held Shower Head with Hose, Chrome 58045 and the 75587?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 75587 In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit includes a 72" (1829 mm) metal hose while the Delta 58045 in2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit includes a 69"(1753 mm) ultra flex hose.

Can the model #75587 be installed onto Model # T14459-LHD?
I also would like to get obtain a vacuum breaker at no charge per the instructions.

The shower unit is already equipped with the back flow protection.The vacuum breaker is only needed if water flow is not coming out of your shower head. I will email you privately on this matter.

I have purchased 2 of the In2ition 5-setting two in one showerheads #75587 for my 2 bathrooms and have had problems with both of them. The knob that turns on the hand held part has broken off on both and on one the hose is pulling away from the shower.
