Awful Product
This faucet was easy to install. Unfortunately the hand shower portion did not work. No water would flow through that attachment. Hoping delta will offer a replacement or discount due to the defective product. The shower head was okay, but obviously the point of this product is the dual function.

*Go Delta they stand word-shower head replacement
I want to write a review on one of Delta‘s employees by the name of “Lester”, I was completely stressed out about my shower remodel, The delta showerhead that I purchased was not working properly. So, I called Delta and got Delta employee by the name of Lester he was very comforting and patient with me, I want to recognize his amazing customer service and even easing my discomfort and stress level. I give him 10 stars(**********) if I could. When I ask Lester t for a survey so I can praise him in it “he said there is no need my praise is making sure that you are satisfied”. I Thank you Lester for a great experience because of you I will continue to love and use Delta products. Nevertheless thank you Delta for your great product‼️

Cheap, stiff hose
Take a look at this stiff plastic hose and ask yourself if you want this hanging in your shower. Sheesh... where's the quality control? Luckily, metal hoses are available online to replace this ridiculous looking part. I registered the shower head with Delta's warranty page and kept the receipt if/when to other plastic components fail.

I originally bought 75583CRB in January 2019, which is now discontinued. It worked for until last week... almost 3 years. The handheld showerhead just quit working... no water pressure. I searched online at Homedepot and Lowes. Best price was for 75588RB at Lowe's which is similiar to 75583CRB. The big difference is the new one is a maximum 2.5 gpm water pressure. The old one was 1.75gpm. The new one functions WAY better and I am happy. Returning the old unit for reimbursement under the 5 year warranty.

Is there a way to tighten the swivel joint in between the metal shower pipe and the shower head? Any slight bump to the hose moves the entire head.
Thank you for your question, New owner! The swivel ball joint connector can be tightened by turning the entire unit clockwise on the shower arm until snug. This part threads onto the arm but also to the shower head and if it is loose, there will not be adequate pressure hold the shower head stationary. Please avoid over-tightening however.

can I purchase just the detachable spray head apart from the whole assembly?

Which of the "2 in one" shower heads is adjustable so you can point the entire head up down or right or left?
Secondly, you have so many different models. Other than having 4 or 5 number of spray patterns, what is the difference between them?

Thank you for your question. All of the Delta Faucet In2ition will swivel up and down or right and left the same amount. They will not point straight left or right or point straight up or down. Regarding the difference between the models, there is a difference in the shape of the showerheads and how many spray patterns are available. It is purely consumer preference.

Does this have a magnetic component so the handle goes back into the hole and stays with a magnet connection?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 75588SN hand shower unit does not have a magnetic component. The hand shower simply clips into the shower head.

The ball connection is way too tight on my 75588SN and I'm afraid the plastic parts are going to crack when adjusting the head. Is that a threaded pivot nut attaching to the back of the shower head that could be loosened slightly to make it swivel easier?
