Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I haven't had a shower unit like this before, so decided to give this a try. The installation was easy, no problems. I really like the different shower spray settings. Having the extra long (72 inch) hose on the handheld unit is nice when using the massage setting for more concentrated spray on tired shoulders and when cleaning the shower. Using the hand held unit is easy, just pull it from the main shower head and after use, it clicks right back in place. After using this product I wont be going back to a "standard" shower unit.

You can hand hold part of the shower head while water still comes out of the top shower head. There are 5 different settings for the water spraying. I lime the one that is full and massages. Overall great shower head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Shower Head Features! First, I love the appearance of this Delta shower head. It's very pretty with a lustrous shine. The hose is an excellent length, too, which makes it really manageable. I also like all the different functions - with some putting out a gentle pressure and another offering a stronger pressure that's very nice for washing hair - like a scalp massage - and also rinses out shampoo very thoroughly. It's easily the nicest shower head I've ever used. It was always easy to install and came with clear directions.

Let me start by saying I rated it 5 star and if theres more I am so in love with this because of all the best things it does. This is an easy installation like very easy to put up. The best things is this shower head got 5 setting spray. It does H2 Okinetic/Jet2 spray. It has a full spray, It got massage spray and Full massage spray too and it has a pause function. Theres a switch you can use and a 72" stainless steel hose. I definitely love taking a bath because of this. My whole family enjoys it too. I get to enjoy taking a bath every day with the benefits of the massage. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. The best shower head we ever have.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good materials The product is well built and uses mostly plastic but it’s is pretty sturdy. This also means it won’t get as hot or cold as the water so you can still hold it comfortably. The latching mechanism is a little confusing but it made sense eventually.

Easy to click into place if need be. Great for washing my dogs with the handle. I love this shower head because it even helps with my muscle pain. It gets the water to hit the right spots when you take a shower. Great design that looks great in my shower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great style & function; quality so-so I switched out my single head Delta shower head for this. In addition to being a higher flow rate, the wand is a great addition. I would have given this 5 stars but I am disappointed in the cheap plastic nut that attaches to the supply pipe. My previous model had metal... this is all plastic so not thrilled with Delta Faucets going cheap on manufacturing while still charging premium prices.

The little lever on the hand held shower head has become very difficult to adjust.  Can you please tell me how to loosen it up?

We recommend you try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside. Please reach out with further questions! I have this same shower head and the stream selector toggle on the handheld portion of the shower head has recently snapped off. Is there a replacement part available?
