Great Product Except for Sprayer Fit
Bought this a few months ago at Lowe's for a great price. Not sure about all the comments about water pressure, ours has great pressure (we have water on from both heads). We like this type shower head as we are tall and the sprayer head works great for our height. My main complaint is that the handheld sprayer end barely fits into the holder on the side of showerhead. If we adjust the sprayer angle or hit it by accident, it falls out. It is very difficult to replace into the holder, to the point that I am afraid I will break something trying to push it back in. The problem is the end piece on either end of the hose is too large and only goes into the holder 1/4 to 1/3 of the way which is no where near what is shown in the picture on the box. Other than this is a great product. Wish Delta would correct the poor fitting hose.

Poor Flow
This shower head combo does not provide enough flow to be satisfactory. The concept is good, but the implementation is not. Where are the screens and flow restrictions in the shower head and hand held so that I can increase flow to an acceptable level.

Craftsmanship and Functionality Weakness
Past review complaints about the failure of the suction cup mount to remain attached to the shower wall are correct. The tile is smooth too. Also the hand nozzle does not fit well in the bracket provided in the main shower head assembly.
Previous complaints about weaker spray from main nozzle versus handnozzle are accurate and frustrating.
It would be useful if the installation instructions contained at least a description of the various settings on the 2 nozzles and basic overall usage options.
You can take a shower with it.

Suction cup does not stay to wall. Cheep plastic
I have tryed to get the suction cup to stick to tile or fiberglass wall and after a few days it falls off. Eventually it broke the showerhead. The plastic head is very cheep, thin plastic.

Handheld shower is great but not the shower head
I both this item at lowes and just installed and used today. Handheld shower was great with all those shower spray option. The only downfall of the item is the showerhead itself. It looks like you can change the spray like the handheld because of how it looks but no its just for display (bad advertisement per se) such a bummer i would love a stronger pressure on the showerhead since you can control the handheld one.

Great shower BUT....
I bought this shower 4 years ago at Lowe’s and really love the main shower and use it daily with no problems; we only use the handheld shower occasionally so it has been used much less. Recently the plastic part of the hose that connects to the handheld shower cracked and broke off so we can now no longer use it. How can I get a replacement hose?

not enough pressure
Purchased at Lowe's, sales clerk says Delta is best seller of all their brands due to warranty. The main shower head does not have choices of flow to choose from. The handheld sprayer had better pressure than showerhead. The hose to hand held could be a tad longer. Liked the mount anywhere attachment, kept it out of the way of the main showerhead. But need more pressure so I am going to return this. If you like the soft rain shower feel this would be great for you.

Love my new shower system, not.....
I love that the main shower head has no setting adjustments. Also, I love that the shower wand hose is a bright silver/chrome color when I purchased the brushed nickel color. I love the clear product markings found on the packaging indicating I have the model #75590SN Delta Shower System unit. Actually found in bar code info.....

Great when new, but started to leak after 1 year.
Loved the design and option that you could put the holder elsewhere. I used a little rubber cement to keep the suction cup on the tile. When we first got it, we loved it. Great pressure and worked well for our needs. However, after about a year, noticed the pressure wasn't as great. I've had it less than 2 years now, and there is a steady stream of water that is running off the bottom. This is causing the pressure to be below what it once was.

Love the product, hate the function
I bought this shower head from Lowe’s about a year ago and loved it immediately. Since then, the knob to switch from the handheld sprayer to the shower head has become increasingly difficult to turn...almost impossible at this point. I returned to Lowe’s to purchase another, but decided against it after I saw the prices. UGH!

The main head leaks a lot
We got this head since my spouse and I enjoy conserving water and showering together. Unfortunately, the main head seems to lose a lot of water around the head. The mounting was simple and otherwise it works, but no matter the setting we use, the main shower head wastes a lot of water.

Meets my needs!
I sought out this combo shower head in anticipation of upcoming surgery. I knew I would need the hand-held head in order to be able to control the flow while sitting down. The surgery is complete and the hand-held is doing a great job for me. I will soon be able to return to using all of the settings which I found to be great from the beginning. My only suggestion would be a slightly longer and more flexible hose to the hand-held portion of set-up. Thank you, Delta, for being there waiting to meet my need.

great shower combo wife loves it
The shower combo got a 4 star rating across the board because we have had issues with suction cup not working . after attaching to shower wall the next day it releases and my hand shower attachment is dangling . we did what the instructions recommended to no avail. other then that my wife loves it for the short time we have had it. Here's hoping this setup holds up as long as our previous Delta purchases.

So far I have been pleased with the product.
I am pleased with the product except for the problem with the separate suction cup holder for the hand held shower head; it will not stay locked on the bathroom tile. Not sure why it does not stay in place even when locked.

Delta Combo Pack
Just love this shower unit. Especially the extra shower mount. That can be mounted anywhere and it is perfect for shorter people that cannot reach the hand shower when it is set into the other shower head. And I like the different spray patterns on both spray heads. And most important, I did have a problem with one unit and customer service sent out a new one. That is important. It is the service after the sale and Delta is right up there. Thank you for the excellent service.

Very Please with this Purchase
My husband and I are delighted with this purchase. Besides the beautiful look and finish and very nice water flow, it's so easy to switch to the handheld shower! There are many uses for the handheld besides showering, such as rinsing the shower after cleaning and also for bathing my dog.

This product is not of great quality!! It leaks out of both heads and mildew is constantly building up on both heads!! Not the quality I would expect from Delta!!!!!!! Will look at buying a Moen to replace it!!!!

Not their best
I ordered the Delta 5 setting combo pack (model 75590SN) as a replacement for a shower combo that malfunctioned. (I had this shower combo for many years and I loved it). The model that I had was discontinued so I had to choose a different one and this model was the closest I could find. I must say that I am very disappointed in my replacement for many reasons.
1. The description the product is a little misleading. It says 5 spray settings….well only the hand held has 5 the shower head only has one (the one I had to replace had 5 options for both the shower head and the hand held)
2. The part that you screw onto the shower arm does not move independently of the shower head which means that in order to tighten the shower head to where it doesn’t leak, the hose for the hand held is sticking up in the air…which obviously won’t work.
3. The shower head is so tight that it is next to impossible to adjust up, down, or to the side. And since it is not separate from the connector (which you cannot fully tighten), when you do try to adjust the angle, the entire piece rotates on the shower arm
4. The main shower head has horrible water pressure. The hand held has good pressure.
5. It is not possible to use both the shower head and the hand held sprayer at the same time. The water will only trickle out of each of them
6. The hand held does not sit securely in the holder and falls out when trying to shower
7. The suction cup that is provided does not stay securely on the shower wall
8. After you turn the water off, the shower head continues to drip for a little while

You won't be disappointed!!
It's the best shower combo our house has ever purchased! It's easy to use and you have to make yourself get out of the shower. At least I DO! It's excellent quality and I highly recommend buying it.

this product is frustrating
Have had this about a year. There is no way to keep the hand held shower from drippping a stream when the shower head is on. Wht won't turn off. The suction cup came off wall and smashed into pieces after a few uses. I cleaned the iiles with alcohol. Could reuse it if it wasnt in pieces.

Overall good except suction cup lever stopped working
We've had this product for a couple of years now and are happy with it. The only complaint we have is that, after a couple years of use, the lever you use to hold the suction cup in place has stopped working. Hopefully we can get a replacement.

LOVE this product!
We bought this assembly, so my husband could use the main sprayer as the regular shower head. Then we positioned the hand held lower on side wall with suction cup holder for me. I am shorter than my husband and this works great! Our shower wall is smooth and the suction cup worked the first time. Works great for us!

Diverter valve is extremely difficult to turn
Very nice shower head/hand held shower idea. The problem is that the diverter valve to choose between shower head/shower wand/combo is almost impossible to turn. I thought it would loosen with use but, if anything, it has become more difficult to turn. My wife can't turn the diverter knob. Very dissatisfied!

Anywhere Mount does not stick!!!
I followed the directions to the T and made sure the surface was clean and dry and within 5 minutes I hear a loud thump. It's the mount. I would have given this product a 5 if the mount worked because the was the main reason I bought this system.

Just purchased and the product looks great. Only problem is that the "anywhere mount" does not adhere to my ceramic tile
The main reason that I purchased this product was because of the anywhere mount. The suction mount would not adhere to my ceramic tile. Every time that I tried to use the mount, it would stick for a few minutes and eventually fall off.

This combo shower has everything I wanted.
This was purchased as a replacement to a Delta product that was installed when I built my house. This has all the things I wanted in a combination shower head/personal shower. The finish blends well with other finishes in the bath area.

Works ok but broke in less than 1 year!
This is a beautiful design and worked great for a little while. We bought this thinking it would last several years as that is what we expect from name brand bathroom appliances, especially from Delta. However in less than one year the connector to the hand held shower head cracked and now the thing drips and sprays out when used!

Is the suction cup misshaped in any way preventing it from getting full suction on the wall? Are you attempting to mount it on a plastic wall surround or a tiled wall? Was the area cleaned prior to mounting the suction cup mount?

How do you change the spray on the showerhead model 75590SN? The middle, hard sprayers are not on.
Hi pigletsmomma, Thank you for your question. The fixed showerhead on the model 75590SN does not have multiple spray settings. The hand shower has 5 settings including a pause feature that are changed by moving the small lever mounted on a ring around the face of the hand shower.

from where the hose is attached to the shower head, water leaks, when adjusting to using both shower heads it doesn't leak as much but when using alone, it leaks
The plastic connector nuts for the hand-held shower unit tend to crack and break over time. Call Delta's Warranty service and they should be able to get you a replacement for the unit, if you are the original purchaser.

What is best way to get anywhere mount to stick to shower tile?

Thank you for your question. Please make sure that the surface is clean and dry. The suction mount should stick to any smooth, flat surface. It may help to get the suction slightly damp before pressing it to the wall.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a have an instruction manual for this unit. The spray settings can be adjusted by rotating the face of the handshower. You can also divert between the hand shower and shower head by switching the diverter knob on the left side of the shower head.

Care and maintenance of 75590SN
Is there a way to clean the shower/handheld heads? I don't think they need it yet (we've had ours 6 to 9 months), but I want to know for future purposes. Our water down here is quite hard.

You can clean hand held showers and shower heads by unscrewing the item and soak it in a 50/50 vinegar and water solution for several hours. For stubborn deposits, rub with a toothbrush.

Does this item come in other finishes, e.g. polished nickel or chrome? Also how can I order extra "anywhere mount" part also?

Thank you for your question. At this time, the Delta 75590SN 5-Setting Combo Pack Shower is only available in the Spotshield Brushed Nickel. Unfortunately, the Anywhere Mount is not an available part on it's own.

Is there a longer hose option?
I would like a longer hose. The current hose is about 60" long and I saw a chrome option for a longer hose, but not one in the satin nickel.
Hi HotRodGuy, Thank you for your question. We have the RP64157SS that is a 69" ultraflex hose similar to what comes with the model 75590SN and the U495D-SS60-PK which is a stretchable metal hose that extends from 60" to 82". Both of the hoses will work with the model 75590SN.
