Anywhere mount poor functionality
The combo shower heads work well but the anywhere mount does not affix at all. The shower is a smooth surface and when mounting the suction holder it falls right off the wall. This is disappointing since I was looking for an alternative level to place the hand shower head. Please advise if there is another option for mounting.

Head leaks badly when selecting hand held
Just ops checked my new shower head and handheld (75590SN). Shower head works great. When selecting the hand held - water dribbles out and the main head leaks water from the front and sides of the head. Don't know if I am installing incorrectly, but it's pretty straight ahead installation.

how to make suction cup work
I see a bunch of bad reviews that center on the handheld suction holder keeps falling off. If you have a smooth surface shower, it should stay on the wall just fine. IF you have a tile that is even just a little textured, the suction will not stick. The fix? A piece of clear 3M automotive tape (available at most parts stores) will adhere to the tile, and the suction cup will work. Delta got 4 stars because this is such a simple fix that a 4x4 piece of tape should be included in every shower kit. It would save their customer care countless hours.

Suction cup and holder for the hand held
We bought this 4/09/2020, I like the head and the hand held design, however the hand held portion does not fit very good into the fitting and falls off frequently, also the suction cup does not adhere to the shower wall it is a piece of junk.

Not the Delta quality I have known
We purchased two of these sets for a home we bought and was remodeling. Functionally they work but the hand held shower suction mounts fall off the wall constantly. And the hand held shower heads don't actually fit properly in the main shower head holder. Wish we had of read reviews before the purchase.

Can I order a new anywhere mount? It got tossed with the old shower head.
Hi Bruebaker, Thank you for your question.The pictured model 75590SN does not have an anywhere mount. Are you looking for a universal wallmount for a handshower? If so the model U4985-PK should work for you. I have attached a picture of this model below.

Shower head upside down when head is screwed on completely hand tightened
Hi Lee, Thank you for your question. The nut on the mounting bracket for the model 75590SN combo showerhead spins freely. The mount should not have to turn when the unit is tightened onto the shower arm, only the nut itself. The same would be true when mounting the fixed showerhead to the mount. You should be able to hold the mount or head in the correct position while the nut is screwed into place.

how to adjust the angle of the hand shower mount
i took off the rubber seal to reveal the plastic screw holding the mount onto the main body, but i can not figure out how to loosen the plastic screw to adjust the angle of the hand shower mount

Fixed showerhead or low pressure/volume issue?
From what I've just read, the fixed showerhead does not have adjustable sprays (for massage, shampoo rinsing etc). Is the fixed showerhead supposed to have water flowing out of all the nozzles when it is turned on? It would seem like it, however, ours is not operating that way and I'm trying to determine if it's the head or a low pressure/volume issue. I have already removed the low flow restricter and no change has been noted. Thanks!
Hi KTaylor, Thank you for your question. On the model 75590SN the water on the fixed showerhead only comes out of the outer holes. The inner portion is for design purposes only. We did this to insure the spray had good force. You are correct that the showerhead is single function only. The hand shower has all of the spray options.

Remove Low Flow restriction
How can this be removed? Water pressure is VERY low, only decent when one head is used at at time.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 5 Setting 75590SN combo shower faucet has a flow rate of 2.5 gpm at 80PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product.
In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place. If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.

What grade 3M double tape do I use to mount on textured shower tile?
I bought 3M double tape to mount the hand held shower head holder on non smooth shower tile and it’s either too smaller or not strong enough to hold the rubber and tile surface. Is there a type of or size tap you recommend?

Is it possible to move the handheld shower mount on the back of the main shower head?
When she purchased this shower system, wife thought we would be able to adjust the handheld shower mount that is behind the main showerhead. Want to rotate it forward a few degrees. However, it seems to be stuck and I don't want to force it. Is there something I can do to loosen the handheld mount, adjust it, then tighten it up again? Thank you.

The suction cup keeps falling off the tile wall. How can I make it stick?

Here are some steps to help secure the suction cup mount:
1. The suction cup part works best when made wet.
2. Flip the lever at the bottom of the mount to unlock it.
3. Press onto a flat clean surface and flip the lever back to lock it.
NOTE: Some suction cup mounts also come with a flat disc of plastic with a (permanent) sticky (glue) surface that you can use one time. This is an alternate way of having the mount installed but has nothing to do with the suction cup function.

From what I have read, water should not come out of the small inner circle of holes on the main shower head. I have water coming out of part of them, maybe 1/3. Is this normal? (I don't meant the decorative larger black pieces in the very center)

We do not recommend taking apart this Delta Faucet 75590SN 5-Setting Combo Pack Shower. Simply soak the showerhead and handshower in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water in order to remove any mineral build-up blocking the ports.

I recently purchased this 75590SN Shower head and hand sprayer. It does not seem possible to change the spray pattern out of the shower head. The lever on the handheld device works for the handheld only. Is that how it is supposed to work?
