La ducha dos en uno In2ition® de Delta® viene con una ducha manual desmontable que se puede usar por separado o simultáneamente con el cabezal de ducha. Cheaply made
I was surprised when I opened the package and it was made of plastic when it clearly says chrome. I never did get to try it because broke as I was installing it. It is so plastic, that I don’t want another one. It’s too bad a spent my money on this.

Worked well until knob broke.
The shower head worked well until the small knob adjusting the spray on the hand held snapped off. My wife had purchased this at one of the big box stores.

Replacement hose unheard of
I bought this full piece set when we remodeled our bathroom 2 years ago. The plastic fitting attaching the hose to the shower head broke and you cannot replace that part, you can not even replace the hose as far as I can tell. It appears that I will have to but the whole unit as I cannot see an option to just replace the broken hose

Thank you for your question, A King! The Delta In2ition 5-Setting 75595C model is designed with a flow rate of 1.75 GPM at 80 P.S.I. There is no way to increase or decrease this designed flow rate.

I recently installed and used the handheld shower once. Today I tried to pull it out and it’s stuck. Any idea why it’s stuck. How do I pull it out.

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower. I will be happy to assist you today.
There are two tabs that lock the hand shower in place at the bottom of the fixed shower head. Pulling the handle toward you will release it. When docking it back into the shower head, please be sure that the small tab on the top of the hand shower is inserted first before pressing it into the shower head.

On the in2ition model, the hand shower is not working. What is pause mode? No explanation in the directions about the 4 hash marks and button on the hand shower. Tried a variety of combinations but can only get the water to come through the shower head.
Thank you for your question, Billy! I'm sorry for any confusion and happy to help clarify this models various functions. The button on top of your mode selector lever is the "Pause" function. This will temporarily reduce the water while performing other shower tasks such as lathering or shaving. The other four marks will designate between the settings starting with Full Body Spray, Full Spray with Massage, Slow Massage Spray or Fast Massage. An In2ition model will also have a small lever on the right side which allows you switch between the hand shower, shower head or allow you to use both at the same time.

Can the main shower head flex downward, or is it stationary and in a fixed position. As functioning now, the spray is shooting into the shower glass walls instead of down ... tried to move it downward but seemed to be too tight for that.

The mount for this model allows for the head to be adjusted from left to right as well as up and down. It may be stiff at first, although the mount should loosen up over time to allow for a more smooth adjustment to be made.

I have this shower head and love it, my only issue is it’s a little too high for my daughter to use in the shower, is there any sort of the attachment that will fit the handheld wand that I can install in the tub to use it lower in the shower?
Thank you for your question, Rachachel83! Model 75595CSN can be used with the RP33094 wall mount bracket. This bracket can be installed directly to a fiberglass/acrylic surround as well as tile with the included anchors and screws or has an optional adhesive backing. Please not this is only offered in Chrome however our hand held shower wands are designed to work with any Delta mount as well as most standard mounts.

Is the handheld made out of plastic or metal?

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower and I am happy to assist you today.
The hand held wand for this model is composed of mostly non-metallic components.
We primarily manufacture our products with a mixture of metallic and non-metallic materials for safety and longevity of the model.
Fully metallic products tend to rust overtime and often hold heat which causes burns easily.
Also, non-metallic shower heads and hand held wands will hurt a lot less if dropped on your body while showering and will be a lot more light weight when holding the wand for an extended period of time.

can I use CLR or LimeAway to clean hard water deposits off of this showerhead? If not, then what do you recommend?
Thank you for your question, Mark! Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Does this shower head have a removable water flow restritor?

Our shower heads do not have any removable flow restrictors, however there is a screen at the back of the shower head that can get clogged with debris. This can cause low flow, normally we recommend cleaning the screen and flushing the valve.
