great shower head
Purchased 7 years ago, great main and hand held shower. Not enough pressure to use both heads together but that is not an issue. I did have a problem several years in, Delta's customer service resolved my problem promptly.

Needs a better suction mount
I have children that are just getting old enough to switch from baths to showers. My mom gave me the brilliant idea of using a handheld showerhead with an adjustable mount to make a kid size shower. This Delta one was a good price so I grabbed it from Lowe's. Firstly the kid size shower idea works perfectly. They absolutely love it and i will recommend that idea to all my friends with children. Everything would be perfect and this would be a 5 star review except the anywhere mount doesn't stay on the wall. It keeps popping off, sometimes only a few minutes after suctioning it on. It's extremely frustrating and annoying. I'm done messing with it and will try contacting Delta for a replacement. The rest of the showerhead works just fine. I would prefer the wall mounted head to have adjustable settings too but it's not a big deal.

Love, love, love!
Put this up a couple months ago and I love it. Assembly was very easy and didn't require extra help. I especially like the option to have one shower head on at a time or both at the same time and the settings can be changed individually. My only struggle was getting the extension shower head attachment to suction and stay stuck to the wall. Personally the attachment piece looks smaller on the wrong end which causes it to fall. But I figured it out!

Love it!
Delta is a brand I trust and I'm so satisfied with this dual shower combo sprayer! I love that I can use the second sprayer to spray the tub down after a bath and use it to bathe my dog. I also use it to spray my bath mat down after use to prevent mold and mildew. Delta products are durable and do not chip or fade. The unit was easy to install. I'm a 53-year-old female and was able to install it myself. Delta products have never steered me wrong and this combo sprayer is just another example of durability and convenience that Delta provides.

Amazing
This thing is amazing. I got it and my husband installed it the next day. The temperature was still a little lower during those days, and it was a godsend being able to finally stand in warm water at the same time while he was showering. Now when we take our showers together, we can BOTH lather and rinse at the same time without having to constantly rotate or hover and wait. We take showers in half as much time now and I don't shiver nearly as much anymore. The only downside is the hose is metallic and not very bendy and tough to loop all across the shower wall to the other side. It's constantly flopping off of whatever we try to hang it up there with. Overall, though, I'm psyched about having this product and wish I had bought one years ago.

Easy to Install & Feels like Rain
This shower head is what you need in your bathroom. 5 settings lets you enjoy different variations of rain like water flow. It was super easy to install and is setup to minimize leakage in case if there is any. The fixtures are of premium quality and i have had no issues in last few months of use. Definitely recommend these.

Best shower!
Absolutely love this shower head set! The big shower head feels amazing especially when I wash my hair! I love that I can use both shower heads at the same time especially when my husband and I want to shower together and he doesn’t have to complain about being cold when I am using the water anymore!

Is there a longer hose option?
I would like a longer hose. The current hose is about 60" long and I saw a chrome option for a longer hose, but not one in the satin nickel.
Hi HotRodGuy, Thank you for your question. We have the RP64157SS that is a 69" ultraflex hose similar to what comes with the model 75590SN and the U495D-SS60-PK which is a stretchable metal hose that extends from 60" to 82". Both of the hoses will work with the model 75590SN.

I bought this shower head about 18 months ago and just recently the handheld head doesn't spray anymore. Could it need a new diverter ?

Can I order a new anywhere mount? It got tossed with the old shower head.
Hi Bruebaker, Thank you for your question.The pictured model 75590SN does not have an anywhere mount. Are you looking for a universal wallmount for a handshower? If so the model U4985-PK should work for you. I have attached a picture of this model below.

Shower head upside down when head is screwed on completely hand tightened
Hi Lee, Thank you for your question. The nut on the mounting bracket for the model 75590SN combo showerhead spins freely. The mount should not have to turn when the unit is tightened onto the shower arm, only the nut itself. The same would be true when mounting the fixed showerhead to the mount. You should be able to hold the mount or head in the correct position while the nut is screwed into place.

Is the 5-Setting Combo Pack with Anywhere Mount shower head available in chrome finish?

how to adjust the angle of the hand shower mount
i took off the rubber seal to reveal the plastic screw holding the mount onto the main body, but i can not figure out how to loosen the plastic screw to adjust the angle of the hand shower mount

Thank you for your post. We do not recommend that you take apart Delta Faucet model # 75590SN. The handshower will only move when you move the fixed shower up and down.

Fixed showerhead or low pressure/volume issue?
From what I've just read, the fixed showerhead does not have adjustable sprays (for massage, shampoo rinsing etc). Is the fixed showerhead supposed to have water flowing out of all the nozzles when it is turned on? It would seem like it, however, ours is not operating that way and I'm trying to determine if it's the head or a low pressure/volume issue. I have already removed the low flow restricter and no change has been noted. Thanks!
Hi KTaylor, Thank you for your question. On the model 75590SN the water on the fixed showerhead only comes out of the outer holes. The inner portion is for design purposes only. We did this to insure the spray had good force. You are correct that the showerhead is single function only. The hand shower has all of the spray options.

Does this have a backflow preventer or do I need to buy a separate one?
Thank you for your question, The BFP! All Delta Faucet Company hand showers are certified as being compliant to the national consensus standard ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 for Plumbing Supply Fittings. 75590SN will include back flow prevention.

Remove Low Flow restriction
How can this be removed? Water pressure is VERY low, only decent when one head is used at at time.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 5 Setting 75590SN combo shower faucet has a flow rate of 2.5 gpm at 80PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product.
In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place. If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.

What grade 3M double tape do I use to mount on textured shower tile?
I bought 3M double tape to mount the hand held shower head holder on non smooth shower tile and it’s either too smaller or not strong enough to hold the rubber and tile surface. Is there a type of or size tap you recommend?

Is it possible to move the handheld shower mount on the back of the main shower head?
When she purchased this shower system, wife thought we would be able to adjust the handheld shower mount that is behind the main showerhead. Want to rotate it forward a few degrees. However, it seems to be stuck and I don't want to force it. Is there something I can do to loosen the handheld mount, adjust it, then tighten it up again? Thank you.
Hi Rick, Thank you for your question. The hand shower mount should move, it is not in a fixed position. Try using the hand shower as a lever to move the mount to the desired angle.

Cannot get the "anywhere mount" to stick/hold. Any tips or tricks before I return the whole unit...
We have two of these. One works fine. The other one has an issue. When I place the handheld on the back of the main shower head, the assembly twists as it is not rigid. The good one does not move but can be forced to turn.

How to mount the suction nozzle wall holder

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 75596C. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
Here are the steps for installing this unit with the adhesive mount:
1. Make sure the surface of the wall is clean and dry.
2. Place the wall mount into the clear disk by sliding it into the slots of the clear disk.
3. Press the suction pad on the back of the mount against the clear disk, then pull down the holder until it "snaps" and locks.
4. Remove the back of the adhesive tape on the clear; disk.
5. Press the wall mount assembly firmly against the surface. Allow 12 hours for the adhesive to set before using in wet or steam conditions.
6. Gently pull on the mount to confirm that it is secure.

Suction cup for model 75596CSN falls off bathroom tile in a matter of minutes. Due to design of bathroom/tub I must use the suction cup for the handheld instead of the permanent bracket. Is there is solution?
