Very poor quality, it broke
This appears to be of very poor quality. We got a brand new one from Lowes and this had the main shower head + hand held shower.
Our hand held shower just broke yesterday and fell down (shower is 3 weeks old). I am attaching pictures. Glad that no one was in the shower when this happened. It broke at the joint where the flexible hose starts.
My neighbor also had the **exact same issue** last week, his model is very similar (I believe 75580) and in his case, the main shower head just fell and broke.
How can the quality be so bad?????
I am attaching pictures of the broken shower head. I had got this in Lowes and engaged a handyman to install it. Now I have to waste time and money to try to get replacement and pay the handyman again to install it.
I would appreciate if someone from Delta respnds to this.

Nut-cracker
I bought this shower head without reading the reviews. I figured for $100 it should be top notch with quality parts, and for the most part it appeared to be a good shower head. Unfortunately right off the bat, the suction cup holder just won't attach to anything. They say it can be attached with adhesive, but they don't provide any adhesive nor does there seem to be any place on the holder for adhesive to be placed. Today, after about 5 months of owning this product, the hose nut cracked of, spray massive quantities of water all over the place. Why didn't they just spend the extra cash and make the fittings out of metal. You can't tell me that it costs anywhere near $100 to produce these things.

So disappointed
We bought this shower combo after watching the video that was playing on the display. The pressure is great but the suction cup will not stay mounted to the shower wall. We've had it now going on 6 months and it's frustrating to get up in the morning only to find the suction cup on the shower floor and the shower head hanging. It can take 30 mins to an hour to get the mount reattached to the shower wall only to have it fall again while you're taking a shower. It appears that the suction cup is not shaped properly to create enough suction to attach and maintain the weight of the shower head. Instead of getting the benefit of both shower heads the hand held just hangs there. So completely disappointed.

Good dual purpose use shower head.
I bought this unit to replace an all- in- one type head. It works great and I like the different spray setting. I did remove the flow restrictors since I like a stronger spray. Overall it is a great unit.
Pros: Dual usage heads, warranty, wand mount is better
designed than the ones I have broken in the past.
Suction mount works best when used only while taking your shower. Weight of wand will pull the cup loose if you leave it on after getting out of shower. I always place in back in designed mount holder.

Great look but not so good
We've only had the product a week and now the suction cup mount stopped working. The water pressure is great, but now can't use both shower head and hand held shower head at the same time. Disappointed to say the least. Wish I hadn't thrown out the packaging so I could exchange it for another product.

Yet ANOTHER Cracked PLASTIC Hose Fitting
Really liked the look and function of this unit. Unlike others, I have had great success with the suction cup wand holder.
But, like 85% of reviewers, I have a cracked hose coupling (the end that connects to the wand).
The receptacle on the main showerhead that holds the wand is (a) made of metal, and (b) has such a tight taper that only 2/3 of the hose coupling seats into it. The hose coupling is PLASTIC....THIN PLASTIC. The combination of the shallow seating in the receptacle and the torque on it from the wand (thin plastic coupler inside metal holder) is a design disaster.
As others observed, there is no way to order a replacement hose--the Delta website does not list it as an available "replacement" part.
And there is no model number printed anywhere on the wand or showerhead---it took me 20 minutes of Googling, and I eventually found an image of a similar unit, which lead me to the Bed Bath & Beyond website. The "Product Finder" on the Delta website was not helpful at all. It was only after I got the model # from the BB&B website that I could find this product page on the Delta website.

Same as other reviews, hand shower hose nut cracked
We've only had this shower for a month, and it is the second one I owned. The first one also cracked the nut at the base shower head end of the hose when finger tightened during initial install. I returned this to the store, which they replaced with the same model. Now after a month of use, the hand shower end nut cracked into pieces and is unusable. Probably should have given up after the first time. Function when we used it was actually good, good spray choices. Obviously the design of this unit or materials used in construction were inferior. The suction cup holder is also worthless, even with surface of shower wall spotless. Poor design both on the wall holder and hand shower holder, as when in place, head never seems secure and puts additional stress on the nut which is already flawed. HELP?

Disappointed
This is my first time purchasing a Delta product and the shower head we purchased yesterday is cracked. he pressure was great, but when turned off the shower, the water dripped for several seconds. I don't know if I want to keep this product and take the chance of problems down the line or purchase a similar product for less money. Everything I've looked at seems to be made of plastic.

Great idea, bad materials
The plastic cover cracked when I first installed it. It is now leaking. The plastic suction cup is not strong enough to keep the spray wand on a clean surface. We have always been satisfied with delta products until this one.

Poor suction and poor hose attachment
My fiance and I purchased this product, and we too have experienced the same problems as the other reviewers. We hung up the shower head and suction cup, overnight the suction failed and the hand shower fell. The next morning we noticed the hose attachment at the Shower head had cracked. We've been looking for a replacement.

Great idea - extremely poor design and quality
The plastic cover on the end of the handheld hose cracked the first time I tried to use the handheld unit. The suction holder for the handheld unit fell off the wall. The connector part should not be plastic. I am getting a replacement unit, but I would like to know how to keep the same thing from happening. This is the first terrible Delta product that I have ever had.

I too suffered a crack in the hose where it mounts to the sprayer head. To make the situation worse, I can't find any info on replacement parts.

The shower hose connection on the stationary shower head cracked.
The product leaks to the point where the plastic cover on the end of the hose cracked. Now I can only use the lower shower head. If I want to use the handheld shower head water sprays everywhere.

Bringing it Back
I tested the product before I threw away the packaging which was a good thing. I will be taking this product back to Lowe's for a refund.
The hand shower leaks like a sieve when the water is diverted to the hand shower. I applied and re-applied the Teflon tape which did stop the leaking.

The suction item does not stay on the wall - after about 5 min it falls down making a loud noise. How to make this stay mounted. Do I need a new one may be defective? I have tried to call always busy. Just purchased. used water on black part.

I am very sorry to hear that the suction cup mount continues to fall off the wall after you mount it and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
Is the suction cup misshaped in any way preventing it from getting full suction on the wall? Are you attempting to mount it on a plastic wall surround or a tiled wall? Was the area cleaned prior to mounting the suction cup mount?

How do you change the spray on the showerhead model 75590SN? The middle, hard sprayers are not on.
Hi pigletsmomma, Thank you for your question. The fixed showerhead on the model 75590SN does not have multiple spray settings. The hand shower has 5 settings including a pause feature that are changed by moving the small lever mounted on a ring around the face of the hand shower.

water leaks from the hand held showerhead
from where the hose is attached to the shower head, water leaks, when adjusting to using both shower heads it doesn't leak as much but when using alone, it leaks
The plastic connector nuts for the hand-held shower unit tend to crack and break over time. Call Delta's Warranty service and they should be able to get you a replacement for the unit, if you are the original purchaser.

What is best way to get anywhere mount to stick to shower tile?

Thank you for your question. Please make sure that the surface is clean and dry. The suction mount should stick to any smooth, flat surface. It may help to get the suction slightly damp before pressing it to the wall.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a have an instruction manual for this unit. The spray settings can be adjusted by rotating the face of the handshower. You can also divert between the hand shower and shower head by switching the diverter knob on the left side of the shower head.

Care and maintenance of 75590SN
Is there a way to clean the shower/handheld heads? I don't think they need it yet (we've had ours 6 to 9 months), but I want to know for future purposes. Our water down here is quite hard.

You can clean hand held showers and shower heads by unscrewing the item and soak it in a 50/50 vinegar and water solution for several hours. For stubborn deposits, rub with a toothbrush.

Thank you for your question. At this time, the Delta 75590SN 5-Setting Combo Pack Shower is only available in the Spotshield Brushed Nickel. Unfortunately, the Anywhere Mount is not an available part on it's own.
