Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well Needed Upgrade This shower head was so easy to set up. No other tools are required just your hands. You connect everything and you are ready to go. Installation less than 15 mins. The features on the showerhead is 6 different settings. And it's easy to take down and it's very sturdy overhead. I just wish I had better water pressure. Overall this is a great product and I would upgrade with this company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great!! We were in need of a new shower head and let me tell you this one is a GAME CHANGER!! The magnetic locking is brilliant especially when you are showering littles makes it so much easier! I will say the only downside to this is that the lower pressure button doesn’t really work but I’m not blaming the shower head because it’s most likely our own water pressure!

Is the shower head supposed to leak water out of the head while paused? It's kind of annoying to have water dripping down the hose!

Is there a dock you can get for this product to mount the head lower for someone who needs to shower seated?

two questions: regarding showerhead 75644, is there a ball socket between the end of the shower arm and the magnet attachment so the showerhead can be adjusted/rotated while in place on the magnet? also, where is it made?

Can the shower head be replaced?  The pulse button will not lock in place on my current shower.

The 75644 hand shower can not be ordered separately, if the button is getting stuck or no engaging we would recommend soaking the hand shower button in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
