Almost 2 years and everything still looks and feels new!
Purchased two bathroom faucets, towel racks and hooks, shower system and toilet paper holder almost two years ago. Everything is still in one piece, works just as it did day one and nothing is loose or broken. My husband installed our towel bars, hook and toilet paper holder. In fact, I have been so satisfied that I plan to use other items from this collection for my kitchen reno that begins in a couple months. Based on my experience, I have had no regrets about purchasing the items.

They look nice enough. Two have fallen off already. The thing I dislike the most is that the middle of the bar is loose (I guess on purpose?) so that it moves when you pull a towel off and it makes a horrible squeaking noise that I can't imagine is deliberate. If I had the time, I would definitely remove and replace.

Looks good for the price point
This towel bar is about what I expected for the price point. The black finish looks very nice. The design is contemporary and very simple. The materials are of good quality and feel solid. The design is very streamlined, so the bar is not super thick, but it is what I was expecting. It is part of the contemporary look of this design. It is sturdy and is doing it's job well.

Decent product for the price
I was looking for a budget-friendly towel bar for an extra bathroom. This worked well with the design and other fixtures for this bath, It's lighter weight than other bars, but is sturdy and installed easily.

Modern, Sleek, and Understated
I have several of these towel bars in my home in varying lengths. I adore that they’re modern without being flashy and are beautifully understated. They go beautifully with my matte black bathroom fixtures. Also super sturdy! Definitely worth it! (I got the matching toilet roll holders as well!)

Expected this for the price.
Bought this because of the 12-15 inch size I needed. Is a bit flimsy, dents easily and rod spins and is not secure once installed. Not a huge thing, but seems cheaper than expectedfor a Delta product.

I have a client who purchased the 18" bar, but needs the 12" bar. Can the bar be cut down?
Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your question!
The 18" bar 75918 can be cut.. Be careful, there are plugs stuck in either end about 1" away from the end. If you cut the bar, do not cut into the plug. Push plug out after cutting and reuse plug.

Can this towel bar be used inside a shower surround to hang a wash clothe?

Thank you for your question. The bar can be installed in a shower, but we recommend to wipe it down after each use to help prevent water spots, etc.

What is the weight this bar can handle?

Our towel bars are tested up to 50 lbs. We also carry grab bars if needed to support more weight.

I am missing a mounting baracket for my towel bar. (I was told the part number for is is RP100079. It is close to an oval shape. I searched parts for the above number, but could not find it. Can you please help? Thank you.
