I noticed the exposed screws that hold the second bar in place do not match the finish of the towel bar itself. Where can I find replacement screws that do match?

Can the Trinsic® 24" Double Towel Bar in Venetian Bronze -- Model#: 75925-RB be cut down to 18"

What is the size of the hex key used to tighten the screws? I lost it and would like to buy just that

Our Trinsic 24 in. Double Towel Bar in Matte Black was broken. The towel bar had fall out from the wall in our bathroom today. There were tiny screws. bur one screw came off. Can I get new screw to replace?

My towel bar was missing one of the hex screws that go into the bottom. I cannot find what size they are to find a replacement and it doesn't seem to be in the manual (screw #3). Please advise what replacement part and size this would be. Thanks.
