However, the little knob at the end will absolutely not hold the toilet paper on the rod when rolled and torn off. We have it installed on the cabinet to the left of the toilet. That is the only place are able to place the product. What is the solution to this problem? Throw the product in the garbage? Please help with a solution. Or refund my money please.
