Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked tub Delta Hycroft 18 in. H X 30 in. W X 60 in. L White Bathtub. Tub cracked 6-8 inches. Spoke to representative at company and said a shower mat with suctions could cause crack. Mat has only been used less than a month. And that caused a crack? They asked if plumbers putty was used for drain. I said maybe not really sure. They said that could cause crack too. Crack is in the middle of the tub. Less than 1 year old tub. Do not buy this tub. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for and wish they would just admit that it’s a bad product and take it off the market.

Are there any bath products that should be avoided to prevent staining or discoloration to the tub

Right Hand Tub In White MODEL#: B10513-6030R-WH. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. What product can be used to remove some green marks on outside of tub that happened during install?

What size drain is needed for this bathtub? Do you have a recommended full assembly ?

Hi Shawn, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet bathtub B10513-6030R-WH. The drain assembly should fit a vertical 13 7/8” Drain to Overflow and be sized for a 16 1/2” deep bathtub.
