Not really Delta
I bought this faucet @ HD and had it installed. Later I found out it doesn’t use a Delta valve but a Peerless valve. When the pros tell you HD stuff different, this is what they’re talking about. I feel like I was misled. I also have the issue of the handle set screw constantly working loose.

I purchase 2 - B112900c shower faucets, 1 has been installed already. My plumber informed me that it’s dripping slowly from the shower head. He’s saying the cartridge maybe bad. Can I have a cartridge sent to me. I registered my faucets.

Set screw on handle constant works itself out. It’s only a few months old but this has been going on since new. I shouldn’t have to add Loctite. I decided to upgrade the trim kit and cartridge. Prior to this I never heard of a universal valve, would not have known to look for one. I was pleased to find out that my Foundations Shower valve is a universal according to the Delta website. I ordered a new 17T trim and cartridge. Only to find out that because I bought my Foundation from Home Depot I ended up with the junk version of the same name but different model number that does not come with the universal valve.
Now I have two trim kits, one I hate and want to throw it out after a couple months, and a 2nd that feels like it’s much better quality but I have to by a new valve body and tear into my wall again.
Very frustrating.

Do you have a video to show installation of this product? On your site, I don't want to download another app on my phone (don't have the space.) How large of a hole do I have to drill in my bathtub for this to fit?

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Foundations Shower B112900C model. Unfortunately, we do not have a "How to Video" for installing this unit. The escutcheon plate for this model however is 7" (178mm) and the hole must be at least smaller than this. Please see the faucet Technical Specification document link below, for more reference.

just installed b112900csingle handle shower valve. have zero water pressure flowing from spout. did i miss a plug or something else?
All I can say is I have a whole house pressure reduction valve in my house, reducing the house to between 70-75 psi. With that piece of garbage in place you get no hot water, or no cold water, depending on what you turn on first. I unclipped the housing and removed that insert (center sleeve) in the pressure value that easily slides back and forth. Doing that allowed free flowing water from both, allowing the Scald protection lock to do its job. This should be added to the instructions, only way I figured it out was being an engineer, I reverse engineered everything to figure out how it works.

Thank you for your question. The handle assembly and escutcheon plate are available as separate replacement parts for the Delta B112900C Shower Faucet. The escutcheon plate is RP74149 and the handle assembly is RP74148.

Just installed a new shower, B112900C. 2 questions: Seems to be a low pressure from the shower head now problem like that in other parts of house, is it the type of head? Other issue, adjustment for Rotational Limit Stop, the instructions are not clear
Thank you for your question, DAVE! Model B112900C is a WaterSense® Labeled product but should produce approximately 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. If you are not getting this flow rate, we recommend removing the shower head to check for debris accumulation as well as flushing the valve body. The rotational limit stop will limit how far the handle will move to the hot mixing position. By turning the stop counterclockwise, you will add more hot water to the mix. Installed Delta Foundations B112900C I am sure you are aware the water pressure is horrible coming out of this faucet 1.75 @ 80psi is there a replacement cartridge that can be installed to increase pressure, normal house pressure is 40-45 psi 60 max ??
Thank you for your question, Master Design Build. Yes, the water flow is 1.75 gpm for the B112900C. This is determined by the showerhead. To increase the water flow, the showerhead could be replaced.
