Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product works fine. I have had great success with Delta faucet products for many years. This situation involved an older Delta shower head that had developed a leak. I contacted Delta, told them of my situation and replacement parts were enroute very quickly. The Delta Premium Touch-Clean 3-Setting Shower Head replaced an older model. Installation was quick and easy and the shower head performs great. Great service from Delta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems like great quality, but did not install. I was renovating an old bathroom with a crystal knob, and changing everything over to bronze. This was the shower head that I was going to use for the guest bathroom. I was impressed with the weight of it, and am always impressed with Delta fixtures. Unfortunately, I could not use this piece because I had an existing value break during renovations, and ended up replacing with an entire kit that included the shower head. So, I returned this piece.

Hi Ann, Thank you for the question! To change the settings on the RP43381 3 setting shower head you will need to rotate the lever on the rim of the head. The touch clean stated in the description refers to being able to rub your fingers over the face of the to remove build up. Best regards, Brandis

How do I clean the filter screens inside the face of the RP43381A?

Hi, Buncobob! Thank you for your question. The whole shower head can be taken off of the shower arm and soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix. You can soak for an hour or so to clean the debris out of the whole unit. Best Regards, Rosanna

I need the water reducer that goes inside the sprayer

How do you adjust the shower head settings.  We cannot get the lever to move.

Just bought an RP43381 Shower Head. The threaded diameter of the connection seems smaller then the pipe coming out of the wall. Do I need an adapter?
