RESEÑAS
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Tub Spout This item is attractive and very functional. It enhances the tub/shower that were installed in our bathroom renovation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Plastic! Do not buy! Barbie might want to live in a plastic world but not me. Bring back metal plumbing fixtures or at least give the consumer an option. There is no good reason to make this out of plastic except for the company to save money and rip off the consumer. Highly disappointed in Delta.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It’s plastic I was very disappointed with this product. Items I’ve received in the past have been heavy quality feeling metal. This felt like something from Amazon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Satisfied in the 'Sipp! Part of the required set of fixtures we were told had to be purchased in order to update the shower fixtures without ripping out the wall of tiles! Everything works and it looks lovely.

Why is the spout called "stainless" when it is made out of plastic and why did you charge so much for plastic material? I was very surprised and extremely disappointed when we opened the box and discovered this information.

Asked by: LVKG
Hello LVKG, Thank you for your inquiry! The Diverter Tub Spout RP72565SS is non-metallic and the finish color is Stainless Steel. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at 1-800-345-3358 or customerservice@deltafaucet.com if there is anything you need. Best regards, Tanya

What is the spout dimensions? Does it comes with a adapter with O-Ring (RP12307)? Does it allow Sweat onto 1/2″ C.W.T. or thread onto 1/2″ IPS?

Tub Spout/Pull-Up Diverter RP72565SS
Asked by: jonboy
Hi Jonboy, Thank you for your question. The RP72565SS spout does come with the RP12307 adapter that will sweat onto 1/2" C.W.T. or thread onto 1/2" IPS. I have attached a link to a spec sheet showing the tub spout dimensions below. The tub spout has an overall length of 7-2/3". Thanks, Dave http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/t17497-ss.html?document=ts&fromDetailArea=bath&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper

Do you have this product without the diverter? I have a master tub with no shower so no need for the diverter

Asked by: merryfim
Hi, Merryfim! Thank you for your question. The non-diverter tub spout assembly that is similar to this RP72565RB is RP43028RB. Here is a link to the unit on our website: https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP43028RB Best Regards, Rosanna

Is the spout where the actual water comes out supposed to have that plastic half sphere inside or should it come out? The plumber who installed didn’t remove it but it seems like it’s restricting the water flow.

Asked by: Sophie
Hello Sophie, Thank you for your question. Yes, the Delta Tub Spout RP72565CZ should have a plastic diverter insert in the face. It can not and should not be removed. Best regards, Tanya

Is there a wall mount tub spout in this series that is 9 1/2" long or longer.

Asked by: April
Hello April, Thank you for your question. Delta does not manufacture the RP72565PN in a longer version. The Delta Pivotal Diverter Tub Spout RP90158PN is the longest spout we make, it is 9" long. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP90158PN Best regards, Tanya

Need installation insructions for tub spout

I am installing a new shower valve (17 series) and tub spout. What is the minimum/maximum vertical distance from the shower valve to the tub spout. Thanks
Asked by: Nijm
Thank you for your question. To prevent shower rise, you will need to have a distance of 8"-18" from your valve to your tub spout. Also there can only be one elbow from the valve to the tub drop. There must be either a copper pipe or an iron pipe between the valve and the tub spout. PVC or CPVC cannot be used here.
