The showerhead has partially separated and now leaks. I hope it's covered under warranty. I may need to consider a better replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Restricted Water Flow Just received a replacement shower head and am disappointed at the markedly restricted water flow. The original shower head had to be replaced after 3.5 years of use when the plastic casing "fingers" over the ball that allows movement of the shower head started breaking off into tiny pieces. We generally don't move the shower head except for the VERY occasional cleaning of the shower walls when I don't have a large cup handy. Thankful that Delta honored the 5-year warranty on the shower head but a bit disappointed that the parts didn't hold up for very long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Going in the trash I bought and installed this several months ago and it squeals so loud. I just removed it and let the water flow unrestricted and have no squeal, so I know it is the head. Just realized there is no way to remove the flow restrictor. So this is going in the trash and I'll go buy another shower head.

Showerhead has started leaking.  What size is the replacement washer with wire mesh? Can that be replaced under warranty?

Hi Teresa, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The UNIVERSAL SHOWERING 5-Setting Raincan Shower Head MODEL#: RP78575 does not have any replaceable parts. Our products do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. I currently have the Raincan shower head RP78575SS and love it.  I would like to replace it with a hand-held that has the same features and spray patterns.  What items do you recommend?

If you are looking for a Delta Faucet hand shower will all the spray features of the RP78575SS showerhead, I would recommend the 75605SN 6-setting hand shower or the 59346-SS-PK 7-setting hand shower.
