RESEÑAS
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta stands behind their products We have had this fixture in service for quite some time now and I went to plumbing supply place where we bought it years ago and was told they did not have it in stock...However, they provided me with Delta's Toll Free Number to order a replacement spout...The best news ever was that Delta warrants their products for life! Wow! I was blown away with this and was greeted by a warm and friendly service professional over the phone! Couldn't be more pleased with Delta!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic junk! Bought these for my new construction home in 2020. Both of the tub spout divertors have messed up. I bought delta , thinking I was getting quality. Boy I was wrong.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with expensive Delta shower head. Wanted the dual functionality of this shower head. We have 2 Delta shower heads which we love. While this shower head looks nice the water pressure is terrible. We can only use the center spray while showering and requires pulling it off the shower head to rinse soap completely off .

There is a plastic cone in the spout. It makes the flow of the water splash. Is the cone adjustable or removable?

Asked by: PamP
Thank you for your inquiry, PamP! The plastic white cone piece in side of the Delta Linden Tub Spout RP83676 is not a removable or replaceable part. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if there is anything else you need. We have the Linden Shower Faucet and I am wondering if there is a screen in it? If so how do I access it or replace it?

Asked by: DBrown
Thank you for your question, DBrown. The tub spout does not have a flow restrictor. There is a screen in the back of the shower head that you can remove to check for debris. However, we do not recommend removing or modifying the flow restrictor in any of our shower heads as this will void the warranty and may prevent it from complying with state or federal water-usage guidelines. Best regards, Jon

Are all of your tub spouts Plastic? and Why are any of them Plastic?

Asked by: Rush
Hi Rush, Thank you for your question. Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode, and help prevent heat transfer. However, we have some metallic tub spouts such as the RP17454 and U1011-PK. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP17454 https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/U1011-PK Best regards, Jon

what is the difference between chrome and Brilliance polished nickel?

Asked by: Lisa
Hi, Lisa! Thank you for your question. The Delta Brilliance Polished Nickel is a high-gloss, pale gold finish while the Chrome finish is a cool, high-gloss finish. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does this or any oil rubbed bronze tub spout fit this?

Please help! I can't find any tub spouts that fit this!
Asked by: Stevesamuel
Hi Stevesamuel, Thank you for your question. Based on the photo you have an RP12307 adapter. The RP83677RB spout will not work with this adapter. However, the RP52153RB will fit. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP52153RB Models that use the RP12307 adapter state in the description that they can sweat onto 1/2" CWT or thread onto 1/2" IPS. were are the install instructions?

how does the removable threaded adapter work? What is the distance from the wall to the removable threaded adapter?
Asked by: matt
Hi Matt, Thank you for your question. First, cut the copper tube 2-4" from the finished wall and remove any burs. Slide the brass adapter on so that it is 1/4" to 1/2” from the finished wall and tighten the set screw. Thread the tub spout back onto the adapter. These instructions should be on the bag that the tub spout came in. Best regards, Jon

My current pull-up faucet cracked (the plastic connector). I am looking for a Linden RP83676RB with a 1" threaded connector to the copper pipe coming from the wall. Every faucet I find seems to have 1/2" threaded connectors. Do you have a 1" ?

Asked by: GatorBob
Hi, GatorBob! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not make a diverter tub spout assembly that fits a 1" connection. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best regards, Rosanna
