Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay product The product works fine but is difficult to fill from the top and very difficult to remove the bottle from underneath the sink counter. The supple bottle neck should be larger for easier filling and maybe a larger supply bottle so I don't have to fill it as often.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Filling the soap dispenser I have my brand new faucet and soap dispenser. First time filling the dispenser and the soap doesn't go in to the dispenser very well. Tried pouring the soap in and it just keeps overflowing. I tried with a funnel and that didn't work either. What's the trick?

I decided it might need cleaning and afterward it worked briefly but isn’t currently functioning. Please advise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soap Dispenser Update After contacting Delta Customer Service and providing them info, they sent out a new soap dispenser that works great. They stand by their lifetime warranty. Also, the Customer Service agent provided me the process to clean the faucet head (place 50% water and white vinegar in a zip-lock bag and soak the head for 15-30 mins) to clean it. It was not functioning properly, I am sure due to our hard water. The cleaning worked great.

I like Delta and stick with them for faucet replacements (just bought one for a bathroom and one for laundry), but this accessory is disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Update after 1 star review I had originally rated this a one-star product due to the plastic pump breaking, but Delta was very quick to respond and took care of my problem immediately. Having worked in engineering/production support for several decades, I know "stuff happens" when mass producing parts for any application. How you're treated after the fact is what really matters, and Delta proved themselves worthy of praise. I appreciate their quick response and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction; I am updating my prior review to a 5 star rating.

I had a plumber install my Delta soap Dispenser on my new kitchen sink but I’m not sure if he did it right. There isn’t a long tube that I was expecting to be part of the pump that goes into the soap reservoir. Is there supposed to be a bottle for soap.

To refill the soap dispenser, pull up on the pump head to pull the pump out of the bottle. I have two of these in this bathroom and one works but the other pump is stuck and does not activate the mechanism. I have tried to rinse out with water with no improvement in the action.
